These guys were awesome. My regular plumber was out of town and I had a bad leak I needed diagnosed In a hurry. Drain Doctor delivered! The floor boards beneath my bathroom were dripping through the basement ceiling and I couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. Bathtub? Sink? Toilet? After my initial call, Drain Doctor was at my house in less than an hour. Gary was great to work with and did solid work. I will definitely be calling them again! Thank you Gary & Drain Doctor!

We called first thing this morning. They said they would be here between 2-4:00 pm. Received a call they were on the way and arrived in 15 minutes as promised. Wayne & Gary were very polite, went right to work, cleared out the line and cleaned everything up. All in about 25 minutes!! Also gave us information for keeping our drains clear. These guys came out to my house about 5 years ago and the service was absolutely amazing. I called them again to come out today, the day after Christmas. I called them this morning around 11:30 and they came out an hour later. Same amazing service, Tim was such a gentleman. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!!!!!

These guys are awesome! Super fast response, with no extra charge. Dustin came out and fixed my problem in 20 minutes. He cleaned up the sink after he finished clearing the drain of the obstruction. He was neatly dressed, clean and very professional. Flat charge of $105 for two hours. Worth every penny. Book these guys, you will not be disappointed.

Wayne came out first thing in morning. Called on the way. Had my drain unclogged in minutes and was on his way. I am very pleased with no hard sell or soft sell crap. They did what i wanted and then left. Wayne was very pleasant and professional. I would definately use them again.

I have lived with a major problem in my upstairs kitchen sink for over 5 years. My handy father spent 3 days trying to fix it but it seemed there was a clog in the main drain and it was going to cos t into the thousands. My regular plumbing company was going to charge me over $200 just to look at it and that was with a $50 off coupon. Heard about DD from a retired plumber neighbor and gave them a call. They were here in less than an hour and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes and only cost $105! I was so happy and couldn't believe that was all it took to solve this ""major issue"" I'd been living with for so long. I am a single woman and have been taken advantage of a few times at least because of my lack of understanding. This is a company I trust because my retired plumber friend told me they are good and honest and the best price. That was certainly my experience. I will call them first every time.
