I loved Jose the plumber, I had absolutely no idea the previous owners had re-routed the clean out so he had to literally dig around. A 20 minute job took 1 hour in the 100 degree Texas heat and he did it without an uncharged or complaint. I definitely reccomend them.

They came out to unclog a toilet and that lasted two flushes. I called them back to complain and they first told me they would not warranty their work. After I called someone else they called back and said they wanted to make it right. I cancelled the other people and told them I would let them come back if they credited the first payment against the second trip. They said sure. When the plumber came back he said he had to pull the toilet to see if the wax ring was bad. That wasn't the problem. There was a card that had been dropped in the toilet that they did not clear the first time. Then the wanted full price since "it was not their policy to pull the toilet on the first trip". I guess so they can charge the customer twice. Then the owner wanted to get in a cuss fight on the phone because he did not want to honor his word and deduct the first trip ticket from the second. Horrible experience. I would never recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service. I called late Saturday and someone arrived the first thing Sunday morning. He was professionally dressed, had a good manner, and went straight to work. My sewer lines don't have a clean out port on the ground, he had to climb on the roof. We also have a heavily lanscaped yard. He was careful with the items in the yard as he moved his equipment, cleaned up when he was through, and made sure everything was working before he left. The price was quoted up front, and there were no surprises. Drain Dr will be first on my list the next time I have problems.
