Super impressed. I called around 8:45pm on a Saturday night b/c the main drain to our house was backed up, meaning no water can leave the house. They were here by 11pm and were hundreds of dollars less expensive than other companies. They were also the only ones who could get here the same night. They worked on it until around 2:30am and got it fixed. Very nice technician, too!

I did something stupid - put uncooked rice in my drain, and it blocked my kitchen sink. To make things worse, my dishwasher showed an error message because it couldn't drain. This happened on a Saturday night, on a long weekend. The plumber from Drain Doctor came to my house at 2 in the morning (!!!) to fix this. I was so relieved because I thought the engine in the dishwasher will be damaged from working non stop. He was super nice, and everything was fixed by 2:40 am. Having the 24/7 service is amazing and priceless. I thought I'd have no sink until Tuesday morning, but it all got resolved within hours.

What an amazing find. We have used Drain Doctor a few times, and each time, they did an excellent job, on time and at a reasonable cost.

We were especially impressed by their recent work on a kitchen sink clog that required coming late at night. Their man (Patrick) was done in under two hours!

Woke up to the smell of sewage in my house. I've lived through the horror of a ""backup"" and so I immediately called Drain Doctor. Within two hours Bob was at my door. We have recently had a big snowstorm, and in order to clean out my main sewer line Bob had to shovel out a path and clear snow off the bulkhead. He did so very cheerfully, even though that is not part of hie job. He snaked the drain and then checked all the toilets in the house to make sure there were no additional problems. I highly recommend Bob and Drain Doctor.

So I called a plumber. He couldn't get the job done. But he very nicely recommended me to the Drain Doctor. When the D.D. Came they fixed the issue. They even said we will guarantee the job for 90 days. Ironically I noticed it still wasn't perfect. They came back and adjusted the drain. Then about a week later, I called again. I said the drain is perfect. But the pipes aren't sealed perfect. They came right over and put on a proper sealer. ZERO CHARGE! The total the Drain Doctor charged was $170. My plumber charged me $175 and he didn't get the job done. But he told me about the Drain Doctor!

Totally got me out of a sunday jam. Jimmy came by the house and had a great sense of urgency. When tentants can use their water it can be a big problem. Jimmy got right on the probelm and had it fixed for a good price and great timing. Thanks drain doctor,(Jimmy)

I got referred to the Drain Doctor by Big Blue Plumbing in Somerville as my basement sink was not draining. He blew the drain out with an air pressure gun and it works good as new!! No complaints!!
