Having a reoccurring problem over two years that using a ""snake"" just couldn't ever fix I called the Drain Doctor. Joe visually diagnosed that our main was completely occluded with roots! Joe and his machines blasted a like new path through the drain and installed a ""clean-out"" in front of the house. Now yes, this is not a cheap process but I did have two other quotes and the jobs did not include the complete removal of the roots dow to the street sewer. Joe is an easy going, a well-mannered individual that explained the possibilities and the many options available so as to not make the customer feel as if they are being cornered. Frankly, I'm thinking of having him repipe then entire house. I would not hesitate in recommending him highly to friends and relatives. Thank you, Joe, for doing a fine job.

I was charged $900 to unclog the toilet to the sewer main with the water jet!!! That's right, $900! When they've got you they're merciless. It was a Saturday night so I expected to pay, but not $900. My advice: find a good/honest plumber before you have a plumbing emergency so don't get gouged.

I'm a middle aged single woman and needed some pipes replaced. Joe gave me an estimate of $6400. I told him I had no idea it would cost that much and would have to do some research before I could commit to spending that kind of money. Well, the next estimate I got I made sure my 35 year old son was at home with me. The next estimate came to $2700. Now would this estimate have been the same had my son not been here? I don't know but I'll never have a service man out to my house without my son present. Needless to say my plumbing has been replaced and for less then half of what Joe quoted me. Shame on contractors that try to over charge single woman and the elderly. God is watching you!!

Joe is GREAT!!! I had a toilet tank that had cracked. I called Joe and was able to get same day service that was Professional, Prompt, and Courteous. Joe knows his stuff and more importantly is able to explain things in a manner that lay persons can easily understand. Look no further. This is the guy!!!!

Great service. Had a new faucet installed in the kitchen. Our garbage disposal was also making this horrifying sound. Turns out a piece of the faucet was in there! Plumber took it out but didn't charge me. Work is solid and the guy was very friendly and respectful.
