I'm a middle aged single woman and needed some pipes replaced. Joe gave me an estimate of $6400. I told him I had no idea it would cost that much and would have to do some research before I could commit to spending that kind of money. Well, the next estimate I got I made sure my 35 year old son was at home with me. The next estimate came to $2700. Now would this estimate have been the same had my son not been here? I don't know but I'll never have a service man out to my house without my son present. Needless to say my plumbing has been replaced and for less then half of what Joe quoted me. Shame on contractors that try to over charge single woman and the elderly. God is watching you!!

Joe is GREAT!!! I had a toilet tank that had cracked. I called Joe and was able to get same day service that was Professional, Prompt, and Courteous. Joe knows his stuff and more importantly is able to explain things in a manner that lay persons can easily understand. Look no further. This is the guy!!!!

Great service. Had a new faucet installed in the kitchen. Our garbage disposal was also making this horrifying sound. Turns out a piece of the faucet was in there! Plumber took it out but didn't charge me. Work is solid and the guy was very friendly and respectful.

I recently had an emergency where a subcontractor broke both my and my neighbor's shut-off water valves. My neighbor called Drain Doctor Pluming in Covina and they started to repair the broken valve. When the job was done he charged us $1600 for two valves. I asked him why it cost so much with only 3 hours of labor. He said it was the cost of materials being lead-free. I asked if he could provide an itemized list and he said no. Later I went on-line and found all the parts he would have used and the cost totaled $250 leaving $1350 for labor or $450/hour. DON'T use these guys!!! They prey on the unfortunate circumstance.

Had a serious blockage in one of our drains. Called a plumber, they used a snake on the pipe, which didn't clear the block, then quoted us $1500 to ""fix it"" while still charging $200 for the visit and the snaking. We called Joe at Drain Doctor and he came early the next morning. After evaluating, he used a hydroblast and cleared the blockage. Also he gave us tips and advised us of potential future issues he noticed with our plumbing.

Honest, fast, great great service. He also hooked me up with a wax seal for the toilet (which the previous plumber didn't replace so we had crap water coming out of the floor for a day). Thanks Joe!
