Drain Doctor in Hackensack is the best. For years they have solved my office plumbing problems quickly and expertly. Today I woke up to a completely clogged shower without warning. In less than 2 hours Pedro arrived, went to work, and completley fixed the problem so I figured it was about time I left a long overdue rave review. Thank you Drain Doctor

A professional BS artist. New ownership ? This Drain Doctor has been coming here for years. The service guy that's been coming here for years who I believe is NOW new ownership... is a WISE GUY. Knows my property, told him the problem. He quoted me over the phone. Didn't arrive until 4 hours after he said and had multiple excuses as I called 3 times and asked when he was coming as we were waiting around for him and he knew this. Didn't tell us NOT to use the water in the house while waiting and crap flowed all through the basement. Then says to me when he got here, speaking to me like I am an idiot, oh yeah everybody knows not to use the water in the house. Really? After he snaked he said he would wipe up the additional mess he made of the bathroom he proceeded to leave the place a mess and the toilet seat loose. The he hands me the bill and it's over $100 over the quote and he had every BS excuse why it was $100 more than his verbal quote to me, and what it cost last time for the SAME exact job, and knowing my property. Additionally, the operator asked alot of personal questions out of the ordinary pointing toward income. Then he says, the float valve that i have now, is one of the bad ones you should replace it and he says see this chain, its bad, I will disconect it its better for you. The day after he left, my bowl doesn't refill anymore, and i called him and he said I never disconnected that, not sure how that would happen, and that if he will come and that if he needs to put a new valve in he will have to charge me. Buyer Beware. This guy has an excuse and reason for everything. A real snake artist!

I had a plumbing emergency last week Friday and was referred to Drain Doctor by a friend. The receptionist I initially spoke to was courteous and kept me well informed as to when someone would be arriving at my home. The gentleman (Pedro) who fixed my plumbing issue was friendly, efficient and explained very well what caused the issue and how to prevent issues in the future. I found the price to be reasonable and appreciated the exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend Drain Doctor!

Thank you Pedro from Drain Doctor. They came for an emergency drain clearing of my main line. Pedro explained what were potential causes of the issue and how to prevent it from occurring again. He was welcoming and friendly, made me feel like I was talking to family. Pedro took time to explain how the different plumbing systems in my house worked and how to fix simple issues that can occur. Their pricing was fair and staff super friendly. I highly recommend and will use them should anything happen.

Again, kudos to Drain Doctor and the professionalism they emit. They came out today to help with a kitchen faucet replacement and were done within 20 min. I would have been under the sink for 2+ hrs! They were honest, polite, funny. Good guys (I don't remember their names).

Unprofessional. DO NOT USE. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR COMMENTS. Pedro was rude, purposely made a toilet mess of raw sewage all over the floor and into the other room, could not find anything, blamed the owner, said the price will go up. THIS IS A PATTERN. Pedro, yelled and ranted on and on.

I will give one star because is the lowest I can do. I don't even know where to begin. They walked into the house and could not find the water meter, then they started yealling: Someone stole the water meter!!!. The other plumber found the water meter and they started arguing among themselves. Since we were in a desperate situation we booked them for the following day, they never showed up nor gave us a call. Ended up getting another plumber, that got everything done and put everything up to code in 1 day and charged $800 less than what Drain doctor was going to charge me. I dont know if they re good or bad plumbers because we never used them but I just find it irresponsable to not even notify the client that they re not showing up.

I had drain backup and had water in basement . They sent out two guys whose name currently Escape me quickly . Hey were polite, courteous and got to the root of the problem. Definitely would recommend again and the love the 30 day guarantee. Thanks .

I called Drain Doctor after my shower backed up. I had an absolutely courteous man come to my apartment and he ended up fixing everything as expeditiously as possible. The price was very fair, he didn't try to dawdle to hike up the bill like some of these other services do. They sent a technician out and he was at our home in less than an hour. They also gave helpful suggestions and tips to avoid the problem in the future.

I'm sure we will run into an issue again, I have really thick hair, but I really appreciated the kind and attentive service and will definitely call them again for any other issues that I run into.
