Horrible!! They will use your stuff in your basement and leave a mess. Had our drains cleaned out and left a disgusting smelly mess. I had to throw out some belongings because they were filthy and stinky from sewage. Kid took no responsibility.

I called to ask if they'd be able to help with a job at our house, they did not work on our type of project, but took the time to send over some really great referrals and advice!

If we ever have issues with our drain or pipe in the future, I will definitely be giving them a call!!

The tech showed up and was nice. He cleaned the pipe with a snake which resulted in the pipe in the basement cracking, spilling the clog throughout the basement and on our dryer. He left, came back, plugged the hole with epoxy, and handed me the bill. I had to pay $170 which got the drain clean but left me with cast iron plumbing that needs to be replaced, a dirty drier and sewage in my basement. The clean up is going to cost $150 and the plumber easily $500. Only after the service was I informed they aren't liable for any damage.

The contract should have been presented first but it wasn't. Save yourself the time and if you have a big clog get a plumber in there to replace the pipe if it is old.

This company is AWESOME!!!

I had a massive plumbing explosion in basement- prob happened days before I noticed. Called my plumber, he referred me to Drain Doc first.

They were SO helpful and responsive- had someone out within a couple hours. The man who came was SO SUPER NICE. Totally knew what he was talking about, was very upfront and honest, and had a great personality to boot. He did the best he could w our mess, and ultimately referred us back to our plumber w the correct diagnosis.

The plumber fixed the problem and referred us back to the Doc to finish the job. Same man came back and did a fantastic job. Same great personality, was quick efficient and clean, and had everything completed perfectly.

No problems since.

And both times he showed up, he let me know honestly all the problems and what the best course of action would be. He was dead-on right, and even gave some advice to save me some SERIOUS money!!!

So the work was fantastic, the service and timeliness was fantastic, they didnt gaffe me for big money (very reasonable prices).

After all that, I got mail from them.... my father accidentally paid them again for the same 2 services I already paid!!! They were so honest they sent the check back!! They could have easily cashed it and we likely wouldnt have caught our error!!

Would use this service again in a heartbeat (though hope I dont need to). Very honest reliable and great service!!!

I've used them four times. All techs have been skilled, friendly, happy to explain any issues, and in two cases went above and beyond to help find a solution. Most recently, when the tech (John?) discovered that the problem was in the main line, he was very patient and helpful about advising me how to proceed. The plumber he recommended was excellent.

I had a toilet that was consistently slow to drain and Drain Doctor was recommended to me by a local plumbing company. They were able to come out the same day and very quickly diagnosed the problem-- Nothing was stuck. We needed a new toilet. However, beyond being able to diagnose the problem so quickly, I was struck by the level of customer services. The tech went out of his way not to charge us for the visit. So appreciated! Highly recommended.
