True story. On Opening Day of Deer Season, the sewer line backed up while doing a load of wash & dishwasher. It was like out of an exorcist movie; bubbling toilets, water shooting out of all sinks, tub & other shower gushing water. Immediately shut all down. Called most local sewer guys,most were in the woods hunting. Left a message with Drain Doc even though he said he'd be out for 2 more days. Called 3 other places, finally tried Mr. Rooter. Mr. Rooter said btn 2-6pm, didn't arrive until 7pm (it's okay things happen). In the dark, the guys brought out a tiny (I didn't know at the time) snake with 100'. Clog was at 127 feet (found with camera). Mr. Rooter said, ""sorry, folks can't snake past 100 feet, you need the hydrojet"" to the tune of $800+ and had to come back the next day. Oh my word. I couldn't sleep that night thinking about how much money that was to declog the pipe. Next morning...MIRACLE! The Drain Doc called! Even though he was going to be deer hunting, he said he had a snake that went 300' and he could do it. Immediately cancelled the $800 Mr. Rooter. Pete at Drain Doc came late morning, right as he said. He & helper spent 2 hours hooking up a large snake with some serious ""chewing"" heads. It took 3 times of down and back to clear the roots, but problem solved! Pete made sure everything worked & we had root killer poured down the sewer. I'm back to doing wash & only $235 ($40 of that was the root killer). WHAT A DIFFERENCE! If anyone is reading this in the area, call Pete at Drain Doctor FIRST. He knows his buisness. My house & pocketbook thank you Pete!

we had a root in our drain causing a back up in our basement. He came out super fast and had it cleared out and working in less than an hour. Fantastic service!
