Everything was going well and Tim had told me they will collect at the end of service. I asked the very sweet man who showed up to help with the drains before he started working if they could invoice my landlord and he said that he would check. When he finished I asked again and he said not to worry we probably have the information. I said great, let me know if you don't happy to write it all down for you. Get a call a few moments later from Tim angrily demanding I pay and that I was going against my word as I had promised to collect at the end. I stayed calm and explained to him the situation and told him if they don't invoice that the man who fixed my drain is very welcome to come back and I'll pay. He did. Won't be using this service again, Tim either needs to communicate with his team better or needs to learn better customer service etiquette.

These guys are the best! I've used them twice now, 2 different properties. They will snake your drain and fix your clog in no time! They are nice, courteous, helpful and kind! Was really happy with my experience today, I called in the morning at around 9:30 and was quoted an hour or two, and they offered to call me when the person was 30 minutes out so that I wouldn't have to miss too much work. The technician Matt came on time and was extremely efficient, friendly, and taught me about what was going on. Luckily my problem was pretty straight forward, it was just a clogged shower drain, but it was great to get it resolved so quickly.

Made a call today at 1015am and the technician, Patrick was over to our property by 1115am. The bath tub link assembly was replaced and then he snaked the 10'-20' of drain line and removed the blockages (hair, etc). Patrick was very courteous and did the whole job within 15-20 minutes. He was very informative and insightful throughout the whole process, smart chap and great to work with. This was our first job with this company and will definitely recommend, even asked for a price breakdown for future jobs on our properties.

I had a very slow drain, but it wasn't completely blocked. Randy came out and in less than 5 minutes he diagnosed my garbage disposal - which I knew was broken but not if it was fixable - and dislodged whatever was slowing the flow because it was blocking the drain that went out of the disposal! My tub that I thought was slow just shaped right up and flowed - like taking your car to be fixed and it just doesn't do what it was doing! He was here and in less than 10 minutes he'd done all this and didn't even charge me! I'd say that was a solid 5!

They have come into my cafe in cambridge twice with fast service! Both emergencies and they came right over to clear my lines and my sinks. They also taught me how to fix the problem myself to save some money. Great guys

We called Drain Doctor and within minutes Bob came and fixed our toilet for us, thank you Bob. I'm hoping not but if we ever need a drain/toilet/tub to be cleared we will be sure to call Drain Doctor again. We were charged a reasonable price too :)....big hugs to the guys at Drain Doctor !! and thank you Big Blue Plumbing for referring them to us.

I wanted to give this business an excellent review! I have had many many plumbers in my home. This was labor day weekend and I knew I was in trouble with a water back up. My condo association called your company and your employee Matt came to rescue. It took a while. This was a relatively big problem. He was polite, professional and efficient. He also cleaned up like no one had even worked in the bathroom. Big big kudos! People spend a lot of time complaining about bad service and not enough time giving compliments. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

I don't know if DrainDoctor does a good job because they never got back to me. I was told they'd get back in one business day, which was not helpful given my toilet was clogged. One business day? Never happened.

Tech Matt was great , the office Communication need improvement, my drain job required two visits , first request was for camera inspection, second visit was to correct issue found , several days after the job was completed I called to find out how much they charged my credit card ... dispatcher told me $577. Invoice was actually $1,190.oo. I called to find out why the price was doubled and after several attempts & ( being hung up on ) they decided to take money from the technician's time instead of taking responsibility for the lack of communication in the office
