Wow where do i begin. I called these guys for a simple kitchen sick clog which i now know i should have just done it myself. So right away i can tell the service man is on drugs or drunk, i know i should have asked him to leave right away. Anyways, the guy drags all his tools and equipment into my kitchen and dirties up my carpets and rugs, he doesnt have booties? Then takes apart my sink and forgets to use anything to catch the grease and water so that goes all over the place. After about 45 minutes he is ready to run his machine. These guys charge by the hour too so my bill is going up and so far all i have is a mess. He uses his snake and it goes up to the roofand down the side of my house making a huge black mess on my siding. Then he gets it to break my pipe so i had to replace that because its my fault i have bad pipes i guess. Once he finishes up he half way cleans his mess and charges me 300 dollars. Do not do business with these unprofessional people. When i tried to tell the office i spoke with a krista? And she was the snobbiest and rudest person i think i have ever spoke with and tried turning it into my fault.

It's difficult to explain my experience without going into great detail of why the service was sub-par. I mean, yes they cleared my drain, it wasn't that difficult, just a little TP clog. The tech was a nice guy, hell, I even gave him a helping hand getting his equipment into the basement. The problem is that the tech didn't seem to give a shit about his surroundings. He stepped in the backed-up water puddle in the basement, something that was totally avoidable, and proceeded to track the shit around my basement and up the stairs. He was oblivious.

This is the second time I have used Drain Doctors in 15 years. Why so long between visits? Well the first one was even worse. The tech had no Idea what he was doing, where the drain tracked, or even if he made it to the street or not. Additionally, he left filth all over the walls and floor of the basement. It was a friggen mess!!! It took me 5 hours to clean up behind him and when I called to let them know, not even a sorry, just a ""we will talk to the tech. Thanks for calling and letting us know."" WTF?!

So why did I call them again? First off, price and convenience. They are the cheapest game in town and were available immediately. And second, well, you would have thought things would have gotten better over a 15 year period. NOPE!

Like I said, the second time around, the tech was a real nice guy, new what he was doing, and did it well. He just tracked shit on the basement floor and up my stairs. I didn't even bother calling because if they couldn't get their act together in 15 years, then they don't deserve help getting it together now.

I will never use Drain Doctor again.
