Was able to schedule a fix last minute with great customer service, will continue to use drain doctor for that ease and peace of mind.

Wow what can I say. Very professional and courteous over the phone. They were able to squeeze me in. I had a leaky drain and they were able to get me in last minute. The plumber came in on time and fixed the leaky drain fairly quick. Their prices are very competitive and fair.

Great service, came to my house quickly. Very professional and good prices. My go to plumber!

A filter broke in the middle of the night connected to a machine in the restaurant I manage. I called them at 6 AM and spoke with a woman who I cannot remember the name of. Said she would have someone out in 45 minutes. Great! 7:20 AM. Called to see if ETA. April who was very helpful said she didn't see anyone dispatched to our location and earliest would be between 9-10 AM... Not happy that I had to close the restaurant on Sunday for Father's Day for breakfast. A little past 10 AM I get a phone call that the plumber is running behind and will be there in about 30 mins. It's almost 11 AM so I call again to see ETA and says he should be there any minute. 10 minutes later he arrives already in a bad mood. Tells me and multiple employees that it's his day off and he wasn't supposed to work. Well, Sir. I'm sorry but you work for an emergency company supposed to be open 24/7. If you didn't want to come I would have called someone else. Then proceeds to scold me asking me why I would called the city to turn the water off. I'm not a plumber. I don't know how to shut off valves. That's why I called a professional! The restaurant was leaking water all the way outside for hours during the night. Bobby was not very friendly and acted as if I was dumb. Very disrespectful. Even my employees said the same thing as he was talking to them and me.

We had an emergency and made an appointment. the technician refused to park because he was afraid he'd get a ticket due to street sweeping. My husband assured him we would pay the ticket if he received one (and the street sweepers and meter maid had already passed by) he still refused to park. It was a big waste if time and defied logic.

I waited for them to come and the guy showed up and refused to help me.
he was afraid to get a ticket
even though there was no longer a risk of that
and
I offered to pay the ticket if it happened
i talked to the manager and he ended up hanging up on me
avoid these people

We had a clog and called Drain Doctor. Big mistake. They would not quote any price over the phone (even hourly rate). When the guy arrived, he quoted $1,500. I said no, that's crazy. He then asked what we would like to pay. I told him to leave.
An hour later I get a phone call from Drain Doctor offering to do it for $750. I declined -- to me, that is a sleazy way to do business. Also, figuring the standard rate for a plumber is $130-$150/hour, they thought snaking a drain would take 5 hours!
We called another plumber and the clog was fixed in less than an hour.
I would never, ever call Drain Doctor again.

It's rare for me to leave a review but I'm going to start by saying Give Danny and Will a raise ASAP!!
The main drain clogged up on Super Bowl Sunday night. I called the Drain Doctor and a few hours later Danny showed up. He snaked the drain pipe and pulled up roots and dirt. Danny said you have a broken pipe.
Danny came back the next day with Will, dug up a small portion of the yard, and fixed the pipe within a couple of hours and now all is restored in my crazy house.
Gotta say Danny and Will worked fast and got the job completed without taking their sweet time. I'm happy I called the Drain Dr.

I called on Saturday because a tenant complained of the bathroom sink having low water pressure. I booked an appointment for Sunday from 9-10AM. (Other plumbers weren't available until Monday.) Receptionists called at 8 AM on Sunday and said the new girl made a mistake and the first available is 2-3 PM. That was fine and I confirmed the new time. At 2:46, I called to check for ETA and was told the new time is 4 -5 PM. She called me back at 3:02 and said tech would arrive in 30 minutes. At 3:50 I called back and they told me they would arrive in 5 minutes.
After arrival, the tech called and told me I had corroded pipes and he needs to open up the p-trap for $200+. His accent was heavy so I asked him to explain it to be again to make sure I understood correctly. I responded that it didn't make sense because the low water pressure should have nothing to do with the p-trap. I said I called because of low water pressure from the sink. He immediately responded that in the case of low water pressure, I need a new faucet for $550 without checking the water pressure or turning on the sink. I asked if the water is draining slowly as well. He said yes. I asked the tenant if the water was draining slowly and he told me it seems to be draining fine. To keep the tenant happy (especially after multiple appt changes and inconveniencing their Sunday), I went ahead with the new faucet. After the work was done, he called me (from the tenants phone) for payment and I said would pay by credit card. He asked me to take a picture of the card and send it to him. I told him I'm not comfortable with that and I would like to call the office to pay for the repair. I called the receptionist to make the payment and a receipt was sent quickly. I asked for a copy of the invoice and she said she would send it once the tech gets back to the office.
I would not use them again based on my experience with the tech (making up a clogged drain and corroded pipes???) and the cost of a simple faucet replacement (basic rental grade faucet and 45 minutes of work). Tech did install properly and cleaned up afterwards per tenant. Reception team was responsive, picked up every time I called, and was pleasant, but was frustrating with inaccurate appointment times and multiple changes.

Mr. Ki did a nice job in unclogging a minor clog in our kitchen sink. He arrived on time and was professional. He first tried the 25-ft manual snake, which didn't work. But he didn't give up, and tried the 75-ft snake machine, which did the trick. The clog got removed and the garbage disposal insinkerator started to function again. It was a great relief to see it working again.
While Mr. Ki was trying to get the 75-ft snake out, somehow the machine broke and it wouldn't unwind the snake. I'm not sure if he had a defective machine, or he was just unlucky. Maybe it was not his fault. But he was forced to take out the snake using his own hands, as the machine won't work. Due to this, there was significant dirt spread all over the bottom part of the kitchen sink and kitchen floor. Also while he tried to carry the machine back to his van, he accidentally stained the carpet at multiple spots. He could have avoided it if he was a bit more careful.
Mr. Ki cleaned up majority of the mess, but the carpet was hard to clean for him, although he tried his best there were stains that won't go away easily. It needed a carpet stain remover, which he didn't have.
While I tried to discuss the carpet stains with Mr. Ki and the Drain Doctor company, Ki seemed to get frustrated. He was also bit reluctant to clean the dirt/stains thoroughly. He then left without any further explanations - I don't know why he would leave abruptly.
