Was happy that someone could come out so quickly, as we had someone come out last week and didn't fix the problem just told us what to do, but charged us. We also liked that Scott Cha came wearing a mask. He got right to the problem and fixed quickly! Thanks Drain Doctors!!

The kitchen sink overflowed with water. David staff was kind and perfect in fixing it.

Jake and Scott responded to a clogged main sewage drain. They installed a 2-way clean-out, cleaned, and inspected sewage pipe in less than 5 hours. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Will call again for future needs.

*Consumers beware*

Right before Thanksgiving, my mom called a plumber to unclog her sink. The tech came out and fixed clog. I think she paid around $127 for the service. He also mentioned to her that she ought to replace the garbage disposal because the existing one was pretty old. Which was true. We've had the old disposal for many years.

We bought a new disposal but my mom called Drain Doctors to install. On Mon 12/7, a tech came out to install the new disposal. He quoted her $200 for installation. Sounds fairly reasonable, right? Well, after he installed the disposal, he tells my mom that he found a leaky pipe. He fixes that but discovers a different leaky pipe; and this continues a few times. Then, he tells her that the leak is coming from the top faucet and that should be replaced. The faucet would be another $400. So, my mom agrees and basically accepts all the tech's recommendations to fix the pipes that he says were leaking. My mom did not want an issue in anticipation of the Christmas holiday. Supposedly, the tech replaced and 'fixed' all the leaks under the sink for a total of $1200. $1200 was after her senior citizen discount.

On Tues 12/8, my mom called the plumber back because water was all over the bottom cabinet after she washed dishes. The same tech came back and 'fixed' the issue.

On Thurs 12/10, my mom called again because water was still leaking. The same tech comes back on Fri 12/11 and I met him at my parents' house.

On Fri 12/11, the tech discovers that water is leaking from the dishwasher inlet. Then, he builds a make-shift cap to plug the inlet. So I think to myself - was this the problem the entire time? Then, I think to myself, why would the manufacturer sell a disposal without capping the dishwasher inlet. Well, it turns out that the manufacturer sells it capped. As a matter of fact, the installer would have to pop out the interior cap with a screwdriver and a hammer. At this point, I am angry because on Tues 12/8, I noticed that the casing on the new garbage disposal had cracks. I did not buy it this way because I checked the disposal when I received it.

Anyway, on Sat 12/12, I washed dishes and low and behold, water was leaking under the sink again. I called on Mon 12/14 to complain and report another leak but the manager was not there. I left a message. No one called me on Tues but on Wed 12/16, they called my mom and told her someone would be there to fix the leak. My mom called me and I met them there. This time, there are two techs onsite. One of the two was the original tech who installed the new disposal. This time however, they fixed the 'issue'.

While I do believe the original tech took advantage of my mom, I write this review to highlight his sheer incompetence. Every issue (if there really was one) should have been identified and solved on the first day; especially after replacing every pipe under the kitchen sink. Needless to say, we will not be using this service again.

We had some sewage issue and our general contractor booked this business to take a look.

The plumber came to the site without telling our general contractor nor ourselves when they would be onsite. So I had to drive to the place in a hurry without my general contractor's presence for reference.

The staff asked for $350 for a camera service and $295 for a 10 min snake work just to clear the sight for the camera.

Overall the job was done in 1 hour. And the staff drew the conclusion that there is no point for further inspecting/cleaning, the entire sewer pipe needs to be replaced.

When I try to argue the service charge after I gave them credit card info, with only a few words explanation, they just said they didn't want to do business with me anymore. They seem only care about money they receive instead of any return business.

We had an emergency a few weeks back. It happened late evening on a Sunday. The toilet and the showers were backed up and nothing was going down the drains. My regular plumbing company was unavailable for emergencies so I picked up the Yellow Pages (yes, I did have one) and saw the ad for the Drain Doctor. I called them and David Lee was there in about an hour. He is absolutely awesome. He provided me a short-term and a longer term solution. He fixed it for that night and came back for a day long work the next day. Was on time and kept all the areas absolutely clean. These guys are top notch, and professional, and I will highly recommend their services. David Lee is very polite, courteous and does the job. Thank you Drain Doctor!

I had a problem with the water heater and called Drain Doctor at 10pm. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning and the plumber arrived on time. The price was reasonable and he fixed the problem pretty quickly. I am happy with his work and highly recommend this company.

They were called to fix a leak under my patio deck. We showed him where the leak was. He looked around and turned off the valve and stopped the water. He said its ok now and charged us $167. When I asked why 167, you didn't fix anything, you just shut the water off, he said, ""I did it cheap for you, you don't have to replace the pipe."" He never fixed the problem, just turned water off. We called the company and they didn't even want to listen or help. It's ripoff company.

We had used them before for a small problem and thought they did a good job. This time it was a big problem. Our sewer was backing up into the bathtub and shower, totally blocked. Martin investigated and found a plugged sewer pipe and some leaking pipes. They fixed the sewer pipe then took care of the rest. They did a very thorough job of cleaning up. And wherever they had to disturb plants, Martin replaced them, actually better than before. They kept us informed all along and we're always on time and gave us some tips on keeping the drains clean. All together good.

Great job by Drain Doctor!

We had a massive flood from the bottom of a first floor toilet at about 11PM. I tried calling a bunch of ""24 hour"" places that tried to get me an appointment the next day! Luckily I found Drain Doctor.

Jon (or John?) came out a little after midnight and did a quick job unclogging the main drain line outside the house. I have very close neighbors and he was able to get things done very quietly and not bother anyone at such a late hour.

Also thanks for paying attention to COVID safety -- Jon wore a mask the entire time he was here.

I'll definitely use Drain Doctor next time a plumbing job (or plumbing disaster) comes along.
