Lane from Drain Dawgs came within an hour of my panicked call. He is amazing. This was on a Saturday. He has thoroughly searched and instead of 1issue, I had several severe issues. He provided continuous updates and is handling all insurance needs. I don't think anyone else would be as painstakingly thorough as he has been and I feel 1000% confident when he is finished ( yes, he's still on the job a week later) everything will be 100%. I cannot recommend and praise Lane and DrainDawgs enough!

I would totally 100% recommend Lane and how he went over and beyond helping me told my sons he would take care of me and he did a fantastic job. My pipes burst during ice and snow storm flooded my den. I called for 4 companies and told me it would be a week or longer before they could help me. When I talk with Lane, he came in two hours gave me a bid came back the next day which was a Saturday and did the job. He also found black mold and brought in special machines to get rid of the mold. He ran a test to make sure the mold was gone and even making sure mold was not in the air. I told him it was nice to know they were still honest and caring people in the world. I Thank him so much and his company.

The sewer camera inspection was part of the home inspection for my buyer client. The screen displayed blurred images, and we couldn't identify the problems without written explanations. Even with the written explanations, the sentences were incomplete and difficult to understand: """"This sewer line has two pretty big bellies in the line one under the basement under"""". I called and texted the inspector but received no response at all.

Communicating through Yelp! They told me they would call on Saturday and be able to visit our house to review the situation; and if the service was agreeable, they would start on Saturday. This was Friday. No other communication was received from them after that, even though I explicitly asked them to communicate when they would call. Waited all day Saturday, sent several messages and no communication. This company may be pretty good at what they do, but they cannot communicate with customers. Communication with customers is the key to a successful business, especially a small business. They have not learned that lesson, yet.

I would 100% recommend using Drain Dawgs and Services! We have had our toilet clogged by a solid object for months & have had no success in unclogging it. We requested a quote & within the next hour, a representative was there. Our representative, Lane, was wonderful, timely, honest, & fair. This company will not overcharge you or create false diagnoses, but will provide high value, honest services. Compared to other plumbing services we requested info from, this was the cheapest & most timely option that did not disappoint!

Being on a private well it can be hard to find plumbers to do work on it. Lane not only was able to replace my destroyed well pump, but he came out on a holiday weekend and did it quickly and professionally. The best part was his quote was cheaper than most of the other companies I called. If I ever have another plumbing issue I will be calling Drain Dawgs.
