I was incredibly surprised by how genuine, honest, and caring Lane was. Most people in this industry are all about the business. I would recommend for ANYONE that needs help. Straight up/transparent with estimates and expectations. This was such a rough season of life for my family. I'm so thankful for Drain Dawgs & Services!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had Lane come and inspect the sewer line in a home we were considering buying. He was super helpful and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend!

Being on a private well it can be hard to find plumbers to do work on it. Lane not only was able to replace my destroyed well pump, but he came out on a holiday weekend and did it quickly and professionally. The best part was his quote was cheaper than most of the other companies I called. If I ever have another plumbing issue I will be calling Drain Dawgs.

Could not have asked for a better plumber. He was able to come right away. Assessed the problem quickly and finished in under an hour. So grateful.

Really did a great job on a fix I wanted to self do but with the poor install from the home builder, I felt it was much better to reach out to someone that could cure the concerning issue. Super job, quick and easy on a weekend was a value. I didn't want to wait until Monday on a 7 year old leaking expansion tank in light that the tank busted open. This was handled easily and cleanly. Appreciate the urgency and cost effectiveness of the job. Thank you...

After I called a plumber I had used before for a small leak under the dishwasher, that plumber never showed up. Now, I am glad ... because I found Drain Dawgs instead! They responded to my request in less than 5 minutes! Lane followed the leak, figured out the cause of the problem, found other issues that were caused by the same problem, explained it so I could clearly understand the whole issue and quoted a very fair price for all the work needing to be done. He was on time, polite, professional, neat and tidy, cheerful and honest. When it came to the part where the yard had to be trenched for a new water supply line into my house, Lane brought two other guys to help and they were just as friendly, responsive to my questions and efficient. They even put my lawn back together expertly! Lane showed me the work, explained how it all works and stayed until I was sure I understood it all. I will never call anyone else for plumbing issues again! I highly recommend!

I do not write reviews often. However, Lane was excellent. He was on time & completed the job as promised at a reasonable price. Drain Dawgs is my go to plumber. Highly recommend.

Saturday afternoon I sent out a request for a clogged toilet and I had a response from Lane within minutes. He indicated he could be at my home Sunday morning to fix the problem. He gave me a very reasonable flat rate, and communicated very politely and effectively. He came as promised, and fixed the problem quickly. Lane is very professional, accommodating, and a very nice gentleman, whom I will call right away if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

I would highly recommend Drain Dawgs Plumbing Service. Lane responded immediately to my request for an estimate and came out the same day. It was great to deal with a company that was experienced, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to call Drain Dawgs for future plumbing issues.

I've recently inherited a house that has not been properly maintained for years. Plumbing was in particularly bad shape: slow drainage which required regular plunging, leaks from under the toilet, evidence of prior backup, etc. I've tried several plumbing companies before finding Drain Dawgs And Services. One company wouldn't do free estimates. I respect their business decision but, if you're having real plumbing problems, I feel you needed to know how much it might cost before agreeing to pay. Another said my issue was sludge buildup w possible roots in sewer lines and suggested rootering the entire system. This made sense, but I'd previously lived in a house where tree roots were a problem and it was a never-ending cycle of snaking/augering. They had to re-rooter the line every 6 to 9 months for several years costing a ton. Fortunately, it was a rental so the owner paid until finally deciding to solve the problem permanently, digging up the big roots going to the line, and replacing the pipes. Yet another company - an exceedingly highly rated one - was truly disappointing. After I'd communicated the issues, the owner came out. He took about 10 min - literally 'ran' through the house - then told me I had old toilets, the issue was """"lack of water circulation around the toilet rim when flushing"""", and the solution to all my problems was simply replacing all toilets in the house... When I politely pressed on how a lack of circulation around rim can cause a leak from under the toilet or have it back up, he shrugged and said that they could run a sewer machine from the toilet and """"see if that helps"""". What about running it from the cleanout? Who knows... Oh, yeah, and he quoted me the highest price of all similar services. How a company like that finds customers and how real their sky-high ratings are is beyond me. After all of that, it was a relief to find a company like Drain Dawgs that offered great service at a reasonable price. Lane came out and did a thorough free inspection of the entire house plumbing system: from second floor to basement. He took the time to understand all the issues, extensively tested drainage through the house, noted how different plumbing lines interconnected to produce the problems I was having w different toilets, and came up with explanations that made sense. Lane came back the next day and ran a camera down the sewer line to really pin-down the underlying problem. He showed me the camera view on-screen which made it clear: I had something constricting the main sewer line outside the house and getting the camera stuck. Lane then set out to check on the blockage from the cleanout - but we could not find the cleanout! So, he got out a different device that located the camera left in the pipe from the ground level and, lo and behold, it was stuck under a huge bush / small thick tree growing right over where the cleanout should've been and which was likely the source of pipe blockage causing problems throughout the house. We then discussed various solutions. Based on my prior experience living in a house where tree roots were an ongoing messy and costly issue, I chose to deal with the 'root' of the problem: remove the tree and repair any pipe damage it might have caused. The agreed amount was, naturally, more than a simple pipe snaking job but entirely reasonable and would easily pay for itself even if it saved me from just a couple of plumber calls - not to mention a sewer backup - and restored a functioning cleanout. Drain Dawgs were outstanding in dealing with the task. Their digger crew of Cecil and Steven was efficient and careful. The problematic tree was near the house, so the digger work had to be top-notch. They also had to go about 6-ft deep in a small, constrained area. As I watched, Cecil operated the digger with superb skill. When they pulled up the tree, the extent of the problems was clear: the cleanout was completely smooshed by the roots and driven sideways, rendering it completely unusable. The pipe underneath was squeezed and cracked, which explained my sewer problems. Drain Dawgs replaced the damaged pipe and restored the cleanout. They then closed the hole. All in about 2 hours, so no neighbor ever raised a complaint. Needless to say, I have not experienced any plumbing issues in the house since. Throughout all this work, everyone was courteous and friendly as well as very willing to keep me updated at every step of the project and explain anything I was not entirely clear about. Drain Dawgs cleaned up after the work too, including sweeping the street of debris and scattering straw over the excavation site, so now it almost looks tidier than before the dig. The work Drain Dawgs did was simply exceptional. The level of professionalism, dedication, and concern for customer needs they've shown me is virtually impossible to find these days. Based on my experience, if you have any plumbing issues, I cannot recommend Drain Dawgs And Services more highly!
