Believe me all these words are very appropriate description. Unlike my previous experiences with other plumbers, he didn't ask for more money here and there just because the situation wasn't exactly as planned (name one plumbing repair and was exactly as described by the homeowner??). You should definitely go with Kim and this man delivers!

Quoted us $59.95 charge to come out and assess the problem and then we could decide on whether we wanted to proceed with the repairs. We were charged $698.00 for repair plus another $295.95 to locate the problem. Replaced a pinwheel sized leak on a rubber hose behind a wall.

We feel there was no need for the $298.95 charge and that it should have been $59.95. Also the $698.95 was excessive.

Kim did an incredible job! The pilot light on my hot water heater kept going out and it was very frustrating. I reached out to Yelp and Kim got back to me within 15 minutes. He was at my house within the hour. My thermocouple needed to be replaced and he was done within the hour. Fast service, incredibly nice and very fair! I would definitely do business with Kim again!

Needed a leaking pipe fixed on a Sunday afternoon in my attic for one of my rental properties. Was skeptical of having someone come out to fix it on a Sunday!
