Drain Control

After the city did some sort of "cleaning" of the main sewer line we had a back up. We called the city and they came out but said it "wasn't them"... sigh... it was a Friday night right before Christmas and all I could think was shelling out a bunch of money for snaking/flushing and possibly repairs at the holidays with company coming in just a week . I put out a few quote requests on yelp and got a few responses but Kim was quick and very detailed. He came the next morning, explained to my husband everything he saw on his camera and was super thorough. It takes a LOT to impress my husband and he was super impressed with Kim's work and how much information he provided. We would recommend him to anyone who needed any work done, he's defiantly a great plumber

I had a houseful of people over the holidays and our sewer jammed! I called around and he was the only one that answered. He came over promptly, cleared the poop jams, and explained how to solve the problem long term with the city. We even paid to have the camera that showed the inside of the pipes which was pretty interesting. He was professional, easy to work with, and we were able to use the restrooms soon after he arrived.

I would call him again and recommended him to everyone at our party.

they came on time. they spent quite a lot of time and efforts to evaluate my clogged drain. Since my drain pipe has bigger issue which need to have contractor to do more works on the pipe, they didn't charge me for all their jobs. I really recommend them for their professionalism.

I forgot how I'm not supposed to put potato skins down the disposal and yep, put potato skins down the disposal. After my SO tried to fix the clog for several hours, we knew it was time to call in a pro. Enter Kim, he responded to my early morning query very quickly and arrived just a few hours later, exactly at the time he said he would arrive. Our vintage mid-century modern kitchen sink cleanout had rusted shut but Kim and crew quickly drilled out the cap, snaked the clog and capped the pipe with a nice compression cap for easy access the next time I forget not to put potato skins down the disposal.

I had a blocked sewer which also had roots growing and so I called a couple of companies who looked at it and recommended that I replace the entire sewage pipe costing $10K+ since the roots were blocking. They also had a hydrojet option which seemed expensive but more than that, it seemed like they wanted to do it to get me to the bigger pipe replacement in a year . I called Kim after reading the yelp reviews and doing some research online. And Kim did not disappoint! He came on time, used hydrojet as well to clean it out and after cleaning recommended effective ways to keep the sewage pipe clean so that I could go on for a few years. Kim was cheaper than others because he runs his own business. But even if Kim was the same cost, just his professionalism, what he did and his desire to keep the pipe unblocked for years means I would still call Kim! Totally recommend Kim to everyone
