We had a plumbing issue and called seven companies. No one came to us in over eight hours. We finally cancelled our requests and someone still showed up, from Len Plumbing, and they were unable to fix the issue. We were told of Marlon through word of mouth, and in under two hours, at the end of the day, he showed up and solved the issue in less than an hour. He was easy to work with, reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. We highly recommend skipping the lines to the ""big guys"" and choosing quality and customer service over the name brand!
Drain Conquers went above and beyond for me. I had no hot water and needed a new hot water tank. They worked directly with my home warranty company to endure that I hit service. They were professional and I would always recommend them. Thank you Drain conquers. I truly appreciate you.
I see over the years they still done follow up with calls. I called the owner (I guess) Marlon after several text messages. I had to ask if this was a cell phone because he never responded to my text. They fixed a stem in my bathtub faucet on June 1st, by July 1st that faucet was doing the same thing prior to him fixing it. After calling him and scheduling something this time(mind you my husband texted and I texted him) and he only answered bc I called. One of his guys finally came out like 6 pm Friday looked at the problem and pipes, told me he would call ""the boss"". I was told the boss would contact me with a few options. I sent my email address and today is Wednesday. I still haven't received a call back..I even texted him again on Sunday. This a poor excuse of running a business. SMH!
I was referred to Drain Conquerors through my Sears Home Warranty. After placing several calls, someone finally returned my call to confirm my appointment. Fortunately, I am working from home so I didn't lose any time from wk waiting for someone to show. As it got closer to 5:00 PM, I attempted to call Drain Conquerors to see if someone was still coming. As before, no one answered the phone both times I called. I left messages and no one has returned my calls. Very unprofessional operation. I plan to advise Sears Home Warranty of the multitude of negative reviews.
Doreen L.Customer BEWARE. They came and gave me a quote and since this was through my Sears Home Warranty the pipes were paid for as part of the warranty and my fee ($475) was for them to gain access through the tile in the bathroom. Which they collected on site and cashed the check immediately. In fact the young man was so eager and said...do you have the check more than once. The invoice he wrote up...nothing about the work they would be doing upon return. It took another two weeks (could not reach them by phone; never an answer) when some came Mark, he had no booties and he put on black trash bags on his feet. He was a nice guy but had to keep running to Home Depot to get parts. I asked him if he was a plumber and that's when he informed me that he was a drain cleaner with an LLC and he could do both. I knew I was in trouble. He put a whole in the tile and some piece of piping that we found out the next day did not work. I finally, after three days of calling got Winnie from the company who ""said how sorry she was I was treated this way and that they had let Mark go and would be connecting me with someone that will come back out and finish the job. That was two weeks ago...Nothing. The fee I paid per the insurance was an ""access fee"" I get that but the new plumbers that are now going to correct this fiasco are having to charge me an access fee because Drain Conquerors did the job incorrectly and could have gone through the wall on the other side of the piping. I make it a point to call everyday, twice a day and leave messages. Nothing. The worse company; stay away and they owe me money which I am taking them to small claims court and making sure I tell the well via social media for CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!! The worst service, customer service and incompetent bunch of scammers.
Keith J.I was reffered to Drain Conquerers through my home warranty company, spoke with a guy named Marvin. We spoke the day before for him to come to my home between 10am-12pm, to check out my toilet due to low water pressure. Called this guy at 11:45am and he said he thought we agreed on between 1pm-4pm, WRONG!!, i knew exactly what i said due to I already had another appointment scheduled for that afternoon. Anyway i called at least 3-4 times , to reschedule for another day, left many messages with no call back at all. VERY Unprofessional to not return any of my calls. Anyway had to contact my Home warranty company who then referred me to a different plumber. So i think they should change there name because i doubt they conquer any drains. Stay away unless you prefer poor customer service.
This company is literally a fraud!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. They came out to fix my garage disposal only for it not work a couple of days later. Told me to contact the warranty company which makes no sense to me when I already paid the deductible.
The guy gave me his business card which was useless because he never followed up with me at all.
He basically ignored my text messages not getting back to me like a good business is suppose to.
The term Good Business Practice does not exist with them.
It's my fault really when I realized where they were located I should have ran for the hills.
Please I beg anyone who reads this review not to be bother with them.

I call them Saturday about. A leak in my pluming they said they couldn't make until Friday. I said i could not wait that long they said call someone else.
I wish I could give them a zero as well. I'm dealing with them now for a leak in my living room ceiling right below the bathroom. They came and put sealant around the tub which was something that I could had did myself. I paid them the deductible which is require through my warranty company. I knew that wouldn't solve the problem because it was too simple, Marlon suggested to wait and call them back if it was still happening. Call them the next day, and still 10 days later they haven't came back. To make things worse, they are now avoiding phone calls from my number. These ppl are the worse! STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!!!
Tina L.If I could provide zero stars, I would. I used Drain Conquerors due to my home warranty. Marlon came to my home the same day and determined that yes, I do need a new garbage disposal. That was a Tuesday. By Friday I hadn't heard anything so I checked with my warranty company and they advised all they received was a report stating the disposal is not working. I spoke with Marlon who stated we were waiting on the Warranty company. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I said let's wait until Monday and see if all of the information has gone through. I called the warranty company on Monday and they still have not received any additional information that they had requested from Marlon. I left a voicemail from Marlon to call the warranty company and please provide them with additional information to which I received an email stating that I was to follow up with the warranty company because it is under review. once again I called the warranty company back and they confirmed that they have not received any additional information in order to approve replacement of my garbage disposal. At this point I had been without ability to use my kitchen sink for a week. My warranty service suggested I choose another provider for the services so I went forward with this option. My deductible was paid to drain conquerors and I am told by them that this will not be refunded even though they did not complete the work.
