I wish giving this company no stars was an option. I had plumbing issues where my pipes were backing up, so I gave Dr Drain a call. Someone came out, snaked and hydro jetted the pipes only to continue to have the same problems. Mind you, the hydro jet was a 99% guarantee that it would solve the issue. I was handed a $900 bill to only have the same problems as I did before and have to have the pipe replaced, which any good plumber should have known to begin with. After paying $900, the owner then suggested a $10,000 pipe liner. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I was very impressed that he took the time to make sure my issues with the service were resolved Based on the time that he took out of his schedule to make sure that I was happy, I highly recommend this company. I represent a small condominium residence here in Battle Creek. I can't, in good conscious, recommend this company. They performed the agreed upon duties of flushing our underground drainage, but in the process, punctured one of our underground irrigation hoses. This was two months ago. They originally agreed to pay half of the expense for repair (when honestly, they are %100 responsible), and now we have been TOTALLY ghosted by them. They have paid nothing. Won't return texts or emails.
Not a good look, and I don't recommend them. Questionable ethics with regard to business ethics.

DR Drain Cleaning came to our rescue again today. We had an issue with our toilet and Dan sent Jason to help us out and he quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. The timing of the issue with our toilet was the worst possible and to have help with having it fixed was so greatly appreciated. Every time DR Drain Cleaning has done work for us we have been extremely pleased. They are a wonderful company.

Reasonable rates, fast same day service without an 'emergency call' rate. Very professional and respectful service man. Cleaned up after and have a 30-day warranty on drain cleaning! They service Battle Creek, East Leroy, Athens, Kalamazoo, Portage, Coldwater, .... just call them, they probably will service your area! They also just added extended evening hours without an emergency fee

I had an issue with my toilet and tried different remedies to get un-plugged and nothing worked. I had to call for some professional help and they were able to come to my aid a couple of hours later.
The guy who showed up (forgot his name) was very professional and explained how toilets work and what needs to be done.
He was able to fix the problem in about 20-minutes and I was charged $99.00. I was very pleased I was expecting to hear $150.00+ to do the job. I highly recommend this company.
