BEWARE. They do not always use certified plumbers. You will be lucky to get a journeyman. When I asked to see the license of guys doing work, oh we fired them. I'm going to court. Do not use this company. Save yourself

INo good plumbing. Company. Wrong and not honest. Argued cost after estimates and did not perform leaving site with other jobs on site
Left halfass.

He come and installed one tankless water heater, poor response, dont Suport the guarantee of the tankless or the job.
Dont call him
Anyway don't answer the phone.... when he call back he do from blocked number.
I paid when he finish the job, mistake

Tony, the owner, and his assistant Marlon came out a few weeks ago to put the finishing plumbing touches on a kitchen/living room renovation we'd managed ourselves. He installed a new faucet, reinstalled a toilet, refitted water and gas lines to a washer and dryer (and added a new drain pan), and reconnected our gas range in about three hours. He showed up exactly on time, early on a Saturday, and did a tremendous job. He even helped me rehang a door at no charge before leaving (took 30 seconds but much easier with a 2nd set of hands). Price was fixed at a fair $550 before we started. It's hard to find good, honest help these days (especially with national call centers for what seems like a local service), so it's refreshing to have direct, easy communication with a hands-on owner. Tony is now my exclusive plumber.

Well I have an unfinished job at my house right now that unfortunately doesn't look like it's ever going to be finished. Payed $7000 to have the entire house re-plumbed and re-drained, have a tankless water heater installed, and have all of my bathroom fixtures installed. They have finished most of the work but the finishes my hose hook up outside needs to be anchored because they did a half ass job on it. We have scheduled four different times now for them to come out and finish. The first two were no call no shows. The third we finally got someone out here and he did half of the finish work but said he would have to come back another day to finish the rest. Mind you the bathroom sink was one of the things he did finish....but it leaks, so we still can't use it. We scheduled the fourth and what was suppose to be final appointment for today at noon. Once again noon rolls around and they are still not here. I text my contact who was suppose to be coming out and he said he quit and to call the owner. What's annoying about that is that we had been calling the owner before when we had the first two no shows and we still haven't heard from him. I left a message but at this point I am assuming we are just going to have to finish the work ourselves or hire someone else to do the work. What really sucks is that we had been having a good experience with the company up until the time of the finish work. But coming from customer service I know that the last impression you leave on someone is what really keeps a company in business. We are planning on doing many other houses and working on getting a income property and we were hoping that we had found a reliable plumber to use though out the years. I guess a family owned local business wasn't the way to go.

Very reasonable labor price n highly professional service. They responded on a Sunday to install a hot water heater the next day. I couldn't be happier. Was totally shocked about the sky rocket cost of the heater since the last installation, but it's the manufacturing inflation issue, not theirs. I will hire them in a heartbeat for future plumbing needs.

I needed their service for clogged kitchen line. Was given cost upfront and also disclosure of possible snags. Regular snake would not work. Understandable. Very old. We used the hydro jet system. Worked awesome. The team Chris and Angel worked fast and efficiently. And when I get more funds will have back for other side of house. Would recommend definitely.

Great local business, would recommend to all my friends and family ... Quick simple and easy to deal with and gets it right on the first time.. Customer service excellent and very friendly..
Like the business card said honest and reliable ..
Thanks again for the excellent job..

I started to have a drainage problem in my kitchen sink. I tried to call 2 of my usual plumbers. But they were busy. So looked up in Yelp and I found this company. They responded quickly. They were on time and Tony took care of the problem right away. He also pointed out to me the condition of my drain; how they were old and almost on 'death bed'. He took out the pipes as evidence. I already knew about it and therefore I knew he was not trying to make up stories. I was amazed how fast he worked and finished the job the same day. I am very happy with the service and I know I will be calling him again in case there is a problem. His work is warrantied.
Tony knows the problems well. The next day when the problem was not fully resolved, and I had to call him, he came back right away and explained the cause of it and took the time to fix it. His workmanship shows his passion for the job. So far I think I can quote his work as 'Your honest and reliable plumber'. I hope he keeps it up and I wish him well in his business. It is really hard to find people whose work is worth your money.

They replaced my water heater and did a good job. After my call Tony came right away and in the time that was convenient for me. He inspected the old heater, attempted to restart it, explained to me what was wrong and was professional and patient. He left me with a quote and didn't pressure me into immediately agreeing on anything. The inspection and the quote was free. So I called him the next day and soon got my new water heater. The price was very reasonable. The work was done promptly, neatly and professionally. And Tony himself is a nice gentleman to deal with. I do recommend Drain City Plumbing for your needs.
