Love this company. They stood by their work. They completely replace out toilet when it still leaked. Honestly, our toilet model was problematic, not this plumber's workmanship. Recently we hire them installed garbage disposal and water valves for the new washing machine. Only later to remember that our other toilet is backing up. They used latest camera technology to find out that sewer line has shifted and has root grown in it. And the clean out was later discovered underneath the concrete walkway. They lined the sewer and fixed the second toilet. They were timely, neat, and very reasonable in pricing. I appreciate all of their work. As you can see, I have been a repeat customer for many different plumbing projects. So I highly recommend Drain City

Tony and his team at Drain City Plumbing are very professional and quick and efficient at what they do. I called them and within 1 1/2 hrs they had someone out to look at my moms house plumbing issue. Came back next day and fixed the issue. The drains and sewer pipe under the house needed replacing, but the crawlspace was too shallow to access. Other plumbers said they needed to access the pipes from inside the house by cutting into the floors. I called Drain City and Tony came out the next morning. He immediately said they would dig their way through the dirt under the house, access and do all the repairs from underneath without even needing to go inside the house. He gave me the most reasonable price possible and saved us thousands of dollars (!!) in potential floor and inside house repairs. Tony is knowledgeable, gives good explanations and shows pictures. His team worked quickly to access and replace the drains/ sewer pipe, were pleasant and courteous, and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Drain City.

DO NOT USE. I had them come out to fix a couple of drain pipes that was corroding. Well, they broke through the exterior wall to replace the drain pipes and then sealed everything back. Lo and behold, two weeks later after being out of town, the drains are leaking through the stucco and Tony claims it's a different problem! My guess is, the drains were never fixed and tested properly by his technicians! Additionally, the workers broke one of my plastic buckets of which they weren't even going to say anything about it until I went out there and asked them about it. Tony said he would replace it in addition to refunding me the $100 deposit I accidentally forgot to deduct when I paid the remaining balance. He kept promising to drop by but then kept pushing it off and telling me that he gave me such a good deal and he shouldn't have to refund anything nor replace my bucket that his people broke since it's only $5. So now he won't replace my bucket, refund me the $100 nor will he come back out and fix whatever they ""fixed"" and has basically stolen my money and left me with two drain pipes that don't drain. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will lodge a complaint with the state license board for this crook. DO NOT USE.

I am highly disappointed when my shower was clogged and I couldn't unclog it. So I called a plumber that wasn't drain city and found out they never really fixed my drain but gerryrigged it. The plumber found and took pics of the 3 p traps for the shower and they used the wrong pvc glue. After this plumber corrected the problem I received an invoice and a warranty for the plumbing, something Tony never gave me for spending 10000 dollars worth of work. I am deleting his number on my contact list and adding this new plumber.

I had a pipe start jetting water out of my wall on a Sunday morning. I was frantic trying to find an emergency plumber. I called several and finally found Tony at Drain city. He came by within the hour and contained the issue. He was very friendly and reliable. He said he'd be back the following morning and he and his team arrived early. Showed up on time to clear a house to Street drain with hydro-jetter. Price was fair did the work that was needed. Showed us what the problem was on camera and proceeded to clear the drain 16 ft of roots completely impacted. Would absolutely use them again
