I am highly disappointed when my shower was clogged and I couldn't unclog it. So I called a plumber that wasn't drain city and found out they never really fixed my drain but gerryrigged it. The plumber found and took pics of the 3 p traps for the shower and they used the wrong pvc glue. After this plumber corrected the problem I received an invoice and a warranty for the plumbing, something Tony never gave me for spending 10000 dollars worth of work. I am deleting his number on my contact list and adding this new plumber.

I had a pipe start jetting water out of my wall on a Sunday morning. I was frantic trying to find an emergency plumber. I called several and finally found Tony at Drain city. He came by within the hour and contained the issue. He was very friendly and reliable. He said he'd be back the following morning and he and his team arrived early. They fixed everything within a couple hours and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely recommend his services! Thanks, Tony!

Showed up on time to clear a house to Street drain with hydro-jetter. Price was fair did the work that was needed. Showed us what the problem was on camera and proceeded to clear the drain 16 ft of roots completely impacted. Would absolutely use them again

Definitely Call Drain City if you need a plumber.Last night we noticed our showers were backed up at 10pm right before we had to goto work. So we panic and call around and it seemed like we were bothering a lot of people. We called Drain City and explained our situation and their customer was just amazing. They showed up we have an older house so our main drain is under the house the plumber made a call and within 10 mins 2 more guys show up. They ran into a couple hiccups trying to clear our drain and never did they say oh we have to do this its gonna cost this much more they just kept saying its not a problem we'll take care of it. And they did the customer service and professionalism is top notch. We will be using Drain City for any plumbing issues in the future.

I was contacted by Drain City Plumbing after I made a request through Fixr for a plumber to come look at my running toilet. They scheduled me for an appointment later that day for a FREE estimate. When the plumber arrived, he fiddled with the mechanism in the toilet and appeared to fix the problem. I suspected that the problem was more involved than what he did, but as he was ""the professional,"" I trusted him. He then asked for the service fee of $60. Since I thought he had fixed it, even though he was supposed to supply a FREE estimate, I agreed. He asked me how I would pay for it. When I told him by credit card, he offered me a $20 discount ($40 charge) if I paid him with cash to avoid the credit card fees. I agreed, and even gave him $50 to split the difference.
A few hours later, the toilet was running again. He had not fixed it. I called to schedule a return visit, and I was scheduled for two days later between 10 and 11 am. The plumber did not show up. I called again to find out what happened, and was informed that I was not on the schedule for that day(?). We rescheduled again for two days later. Again, no one showed up or called.
At this point I have cut my losses, and will have to chalk it up to experience. Drain City Plumbing got me for 50 bucks. Learn from my mistake.

I had several plumbing issues in the kitchen and bathroom. The Drain City team replaced my garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and and leak issue in the kitchen sink. Then replaced the flapper in downstairs bathroom. Two members resolved all issue in less than 2 hours. They were considerate and wore their masks at all times. I was very satisfied with the work and professionalism. This is my second time using Drain City and will continue to use them in the future.

Great customer service. Have had several emergency situations and they always show up asap and fix my issues. Had the after heater installed a few years ago, as well as some bathroom plumbing fixed. Just had the outside faucet leaking and they did a great job. Will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs.

A+ for Drain City. They have done some intense plumbing work for my mother several times, so I gave them a call for a shower drain that kept clogging, as well as a slow draining sink. Tony and his assistant were on time, respectful, polite, quick, and efficient. He let me know what he was doing during the process, and was good at ensuring I was okay with the work to be done before doing it, as well as verifying the cost. Pricing was appropriate and competitive. Thanks to Tony, I avoided a massive plumbing repair! The woman who handles the appointments is also courteous and polite.

I called Drain City when the appliance store delivery guys said they couldn't install our new washing machine because there wasn't enough room to take out the old one. Drain City was responsive and positive all along. They were able to come out in a few days and do what the Friedman guys said couldn't be done. The technicians were polite, professional, cleaned up afterwards and went above and beyond. This is the third time we have used Drain City and I highly recommend them!
