I was referred to Fred by a plumber, it seems plumbers do not mess with clogs??? He diagnosed the problem over the phone and with a few of his recommendations I was able to resolve the issue myself. I offered to still have him come out so I could compensate him for his time and advise and he said that wasn't needed. So hard to find honest vendors in today's age, but he is one of them.

We had moved into our house recently and did not know much about our septic system. We had water backing up into our basement, even though we had just had our septic tank pumped. Fred talked me through on the phone where to look for certain things that could help since he couldn't come by until the morning. When he came by, he talked me through everything and was very thorough until he found the problem. He was able to fix the problem and give me some guidance on what my next steps would be to prevent in the future. Highly recommend using Fred and Drain Chief.

After calling about 10 different companies and getting no answer or help at all I called Fred and in 10 min he told me what I had to do. He didn't provide any service because it was not necessary yet. Definitely we will give him a call in spring.

Fred was great!He was prompt and thorough. He made sure he could find the problem. We're in an older home, and we had drain back up issues. He came out, looked in our lines, realized we had two mains that had severe blockage, jetted our lines, and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

Fred did some work for a contractor putting in my patio. So, I had him do a bid for putting a laundry tub in my basement. He had the best bid on the job and I had him put in the tub and fix a problem with my sink. He was very conscientious about doing a good job. He even called me about a week after he performed the work to make certain I wasn't having any problems. I know he focuses on sewer cleaning, inspections, and drain issues. I will certainly call him again for any of my plumbing needs.

Fred did not actually provide any services. However, I still felt the need to write them a good review. We had a leak in our new home in our well water system. We know NOTHING about well water stystems. It was late on a Sunday before a Holiday. He still returned my call and took the time to listen to our problem and advised us on what he thought the issue has and how to repair it. That kind of service is near impossible to come by! I will be contacting this company with any future plumbing needs!
