Andrew, Ramón, and Jesse came out to save the day for me! My old water mainline had burst and they installed a new mainline, pressure regulator and shutoff valves in 1 day!!! They were quick, efficient, smart, personable and reasonably priced! They work hard and are honest. They even cleaned up the yard after their work!

In addition, when the pressure regulator Andrew installed proved not to be as powerful as the mainline he installed, he CAME RIGHT OUT and replaced it with a new top-of-the-line regulator, no extra charge!!!

A pleasure to deal with. You won't be sorry! Drain Charmers is the BEST!!

I have been calling Andrew and his crew for a few years. Since it way back when it was Craig.
I have been having several plumbing issues the last few years. Andrew has always followed throw.
This week was the kitchen sink. Andrew sent out Ramon. He was friendly, thorough and didn't mind my shoot from the hip attitude. We hit it off great! He fixed my sink issues, and gave me options for the long term.
All in all a good experience and yes I will call them again when needed.

Scheduled to come to the house on a Wednesday. They were a no-show. Rescheduled for Thursday. They were a no-show again. Went with a different plumber who did the job for less than half of what I was quoted. I recommend you use somebody more reliable.

Andrew is honest, efficient, and friendly. He gave us an upfront estimate prior to starting the job and let us know we wouldn't be charged for the observer (plumber) he brought with him. Andrew replaced our leaky faucet in 30 minutes. It was a great plumbing experience after our horrible experience with Lewis Plumbing not repairing our leaky faucet and charging us for time and labor on the faucet they made leak worse.

Husted Plumbing was called to replace my mothers hot water heater and Andrew talked her into getting rid of her existing water softener system and relacing it with a water conditioning system. I had the water tested and it is off the chart. The typical hardness in Carpinteria is 23 gpg. Our water is 23 gpg. Not only is my mother out the $2100.00 she paid for the so called water conditioning system, the water softening system has to be replaced because Andrew took her exisitng system! She was over charged for the water heater and I will never call them again.
