I had a root ball in my sewer main that was causing backups into my basement. I called a couple other well known plumbing outfits and both recommended that it needed spot fixing at $5000.00.
Neither tried to clear the roots with an auger and went strait to the big dollar fix solution, which would require my front yard dug up and a big mess.

Drain Champ Inc, a small company who doesn't advertise much, was the answer to my problems. Dan came out conveniently at short notice, took a look at the job and had the root ball gone within 30 minutes. He used an auger with a cutting jig and had the drain cleared in no time.
What he did saved me thousands of dollars and lots of head aches with a giant hole in my yard. Why the other plumbers didn't even try, I can only believe they were trained that way. Up sale the job to the max is their policy, and customer be damned.
