My wife and I have known the owner, Linval, for several years. He has always treated us with great respect and actually makes us feel like family. He does excellent work and has very reasonable prices. We usually contact him directly and he is very honest about scheduling. If he sends another person to work on our property, he always calls and follows up with us to ensure we are happy with the work. We highly recommend him.

They are supposed to be 24 hours service. When i called Friday they said that policy is ""subject to change"" and could only see me on Saturday, ""first on the schedule"". No one has shown up, no confirmation/call anyone will show up, no one picking up the phone with only automated messages and voice mails (at least message box not 'full).

Complete waste, not sure how they have any high reviews, amateurish all the way.

UPDATE, SAME DAY: This review on another site posted near immediately and I received a call back from the company. The rude guy referenced the review saying it's not fair, didn't allow me the opportunity to respond to his accusations, and knowing its an emergency for me, CANCELED the appointment. This is as unprofessional of service as there is. I dont have time for this type of thing but i will post this review elsewhere to maximize coverage and the chances of others going through the stress and hassle due to this vendor. Shocking.

The service I received from this company left me wondering if they are truly licensed! The dispatch was professional, courteous and had extensive knowledge of the business however, I am at a loss as it relates to their pricing and work attitude. I will never recommend this ""company"" to ANYONE! In fact, I will simply say BUYER BEWARE!

Total con artists. They were called out to repair a service line leak in the front yard and contracted through the water company as part of the insurance program. The initial estimate for the entire job including leak repair was the same amount they tried to bill-out as services not covered by the insurance. They performed unnecessary work relevant to repair the job and tried billing out for that as well to pad their pockets more. Had to get the water company insurance agent involved and still getting ready to argue over the additional work performed they said was required - which it was not! The customer is an elderly couple and they completely took advantage of the situation. And then when trying to discuss and get a detailed invoice break down from them - they tried to charge $75/day late fees to the bill.

Completely unreliable. Slow to return calls and then missed two scheduled meeting times with no apology or consideration of time wasted waiting for info/tech arrival.

The owner of this company is very arguementive and lacks customer service in a big way , can not take constructive criticism, lacks integrity and validates himself on poor customer service. The owner states himself that because we came through a home warranty company that we were not priority. What's the point if having a window if you can not adhere to it or make a simple phone call if you are going to be late? Owner has some maturing to do and or take some business classes to learn how to run a business as my 12 year old runs her lemonade stand with more integrity than this clown.

The guys were on time, completed the job quickly, came with booties and masks, finished the job as expected and priced very reasonable.. what I expected. They provided an estimate before arrived (other plumbers would not and one who did come gave me an outrageously high and ridiculous price).. and job cost was as estimated.

I called Drain Care Pro on a Wednesday hoping to get someone out by Thursday, however they were able to send someone within 2 hours. They were very professional and able to quickly access and fix the problem. I was so impressed that I used them again the next week to install a new toilet. They did offer to provide the toilet and install, however I thought it was too pricey so I purchased the toilet myself and had them install it. Again on the 2nd visit they were just as professional as on the first. I would definitely use Drain Care Pro again and highly recommend them. They exceeded my expectations with their excellent Customer Service!
