I am giving 5 stars and have no connections with this company.

So I was away on a business trip this passed Monday & Tuesday and came home Tuesday evening. On my way home I found out that an issue we encountered last month occurred again Monday evening. Where our shower stall backed up and the toilet in that bathroom overflowed. In our other bathroom the tub backed up and did so when using the sink or toilet in that bathroom. Thus we knew it was our main waterline or mainline. Also this time around it unfortunately smelled. :(

But as previously stated we had it snaked for $$$ with another company who encountered issues when trying to snake it. Also encouraged us if it happened again to contact them to have them come out to do a camera for $$$. Overall pleasant experience with that company.

So finding out from my husband almost 24 hours later that they had been dealing with this issue and didn't let me know is a whole other story.

I contacted the same company who had come out before and they advised they would come out with the camera in the next day or two. To which, I initially thought ok, but I hesitated and thought to contact a few other places including Drain Busters. Shortly I received a message from Gary around 8:45pm saying he could send someone out shortly that evening. I then realized they're 24/7. He asked for me to call him to speak further.

I called Gary, he was polite, professional and said he would have his guy Mike come out. He apologized that Mike may be a little dirty from all the work he performed that day. He advised that Mike would contact me shortly to give me his ETA.

Which Mike contacted me in less than 10 minutes was courteous and professional and provided me with an ETA.

Again Mike was the same when he arrived. Explained our issue and he walked through what he was doing and said he have us all fixed up.

Once the mainline started to clear I explained about the previous visit we had last month and that previous company only was able to pull up a small piece of a rag and issues they experienced. Mike asked if there where other actions they did or described. So he advised well let's see if we can really get what it's in there out, but will not really know until I pull up, but he said could definitely feel something in there. So he was able to get a piece of it to come up and it was flushable wipes! I had instructed my family to no longer use flushable wipes two years ago after reading about its affects on the environment and potential plumbing issues.

Unfortunately not all of it came up, but he felt that it finally broke apart and went its way to the sewer. But he advised if we had that issue occur again within the next 6 months. He said to definitely contact them and he have the owner himself come out with a camera at a really good rate because of all the trouble we've experienced in the last several weeks.

But he felt he was able to get the snake out twice to the sewer which the previous company did not say they could. He also snaked our tub since when it backed up last month and this month there was thick material that came up. Plus after clearing the mainline line and running the tub with hot water I noticed the tub was draining slow or hardly at all. He took his time to snake our tub. Which now that I think of it last month backed up stuff could've still been in the trap and drain.

Once he got the tub all cleared out. He showed me what the mainline drain flow should look like when you have the tub running with a lot of water... which is a nice consistent clear flow.

The experience Mike displayed in showing and explaining to me as a homeowner what was going on, why, and what to do as possible preventative measures.

I'm a no BS type person and also a proud homeowner. I am big on customer service and learned a lot when working as a server/in restaurant throughout college.
When people work hard and display great customer service they not only deserve the pay but they also deserve the praise.

When a company strives to provide not only honest and great work, but expects the same with customer service of themselves as owners and their team they'll usually will never fail.

I definitely will use Drain Busters again and will happily refer them to my colleagues, family, friends, and neighbors.

REVISED***. The faucet installed leaks and I can't get them to come back fix. it. This is a good the plumbing company I have ever used. Mike L. was my plumber today and He was amazing and nice. Goof. technician and determined to get the job done no matter what he came across. He unclogged a toilet and he got a drain moving again in a bathroom sink , and he installed two new faucets in the master bathroom that I purchased and replaced the old corroded ones . He was so knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do to get old ones off etc. And it was so reasonable all that work and labor you will never ever find a more reasonable plumbing company and for seniors too. Gary is good boss and he approved all and they kept in touch throughout the job. Clears outside main lines too!

I have used drain busters several times. Rick is the plumber who I dealt with, and he is very knowledgeable and does good work. His rates seem to be okay as well, though I don't have a great reference point since I wouldn't normally get other opinions from other plumbers.

As of late, seems like these guys are too busy to take my business. That I think is extremely unprofessional for repeat customers and ends up being annoying for the homeowner as you now have to do more work to find another good plumber due to the lack of reliability of your go to company.

And thus I've found a different plumber for when things go wrong with plumbing. And that is the reason for 2 less stars for these guys.

So glad I happened upon this plummer! Very kind and personable on the phone and easy to schedule. Mike the plumber took care of my multiple plumbing problems and explained the process as he went---who knew calcium deposits were so destructive! Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Major drainage issues with all of the recent rain and needed a plumber asap. Great prices very accommodating and very knowledgeable. Mike was great at explaining everything about the issues we had and stayed professional with difficult circumstances. Will definitely call them again for all my plumbing needs.

Great service at a great price. Our kitchen sink backed up three days before Christmas just when my wife was to start making cookies. Drain Buster responded quickly and were right on time. Got right to work and had the drain cleared in no time. Richard was very neat and cleaned everything up even cleaned up the sink. Hey they even smelled good!! Great job!!

Wow! A late night (9:45PM) drainage problem just prompted a call to DBR&PS, and 20 minutes later service technician Mike showed! 45 minutes later Mike was done and packing up his tools. Great service and a great price! Recommended!
