Apparently, everyone and their mother has a plumbing problem after Christmas! I was in the same boat when i heard the toilet bubbling during my shower and both were backed up. Standing water in the tub that wasn't draining at all. I found Drain Busters on Yelp after calling a few other plumbers, who were not able to come until the next day because of the hectic schedule. That was not an option for me because I was told it was likely a main line clog and I wouldn't be able to use my other toilet. I was desperate for a same-day plumber and was ready to pay a pretty penny. I called Drain Busters and immediately I was greeted with a can-do attitude. Within an hour, Mike was at our door and found our main line outside in our front yard (I had no idea it was even there). He barely even came inside to the bathroom, which I thought was odd but what do I know? I'm clearly not the plumber. Mike knew exactly what he was doing, and soon enough I heard music to my ears: the sound of the tub water draining!! To ensure it was working properly, he had the tub running with water and there was no longer a backup. The price was VERY reasonable! Exceptional customer service both on the phone, and in person. Thank you, Mike and Drain Busters!! Will definitely contact you for all our future plumbing needs.

I had some shower valve issues and water kept dripping, so I called Drain Busters and Rick and Mikey showed up. They came within 15 minutes and mind you this was Christmas Eve. They were so knowledgeable and made you feel confident knowing they will get the job done. Sure enough they fixed the problem and I was able to join the rest of the day with my family without worrying about a plumbing issue. I believe I found my new plumber! Thanks again Rick and Mikey!

Honest company!!! Very please to deal with this company and the peoples. Price very reasonable and they go right to the point. Call them due to my garbage disposal is not working. Gary quote me the price, I thought the price was to come out and check the issues but he told me over the phone that is the price to fix it. Mike come by to take a look at it and told me I need a new one. He advise me to get it at Home Depot for the garbage disposal and he will install it. 30 minutes later..done and have a brand new garbage disposal. I was so happy with how simple and none of the BS on the pricing. Love when a company just being straight forward on the price. I will tell all my family, friends, and coworkers about this company. Keep up the good work and you will be reward it.

Not very reliable ! I made an appointment and they never showed up. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know either. Poor customer service!

We had a dripping faucet and the valve below the bathroom sink was stuck on. I called and they quickly arranged to come over at time convenient with me. They arrived early and resolved the issue and installed a new faucet I bought. Thanks again. Will be using their services again!

Had an amazing experience Mike was a life saver after spending all weekend trying to unclog two bathroom sinks. I called on a Sunday and Mike got back to me very quickly . He reinsured me if they can't unclog it I wouldn't be charged. It was tricky but he unclogged both sinks and fixed a leak. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg and I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

In the interim:

We had a clogged kitchen sink, which backed up the bathroom sink (possibly oil/grease in the drain.)

Not related but we also had a slow draining bathtub, and a bathtub faucet that wouldn't allow the diverter to go up or down.

Was quick to respond to my text message on Friday night for a next day plumbing job.

She also answered all of my calls and readily redirected me to Gary (the owner) when she felt that she wasn't the right person to make a decision on an issue.

5 stars for Isaiah:
Isaiah is currently working on our plumbing and is doing a stellar job.

He was committed and stayed until the job was done. He did everything in his power to complete the work he started. My husband and I greatly appreciated Isaiah's ""possibility thinking"" when Dan was sure the issue was something else entirely. Isaiah was willing to examine and experiment with alternate solutions when Dan gave up (and left mid-job) and followed through with a no-quit attitude.

He was highly communicative throughout the work he did and walked us through what he was going to do. He also listened to our questions and answered us with patience.

Talk about a stand up young man with a serious commitment to quality service.

He'll make a great business owner one day.

5 stars for Gary:
He's a man who understands customer service and adding value to his customers. Instead of nickel-and-dime-ing over a few dollars, he ate an unexpected equipment cost because he gets what winning his customers means and creating a long term ambassador of them.

2 stars for Dan:
1 star for his sense of humor.
1 star for him physically showing up to the job, pulling the hair clog out of the bathtub drain, and greasing the bathtub faucet diverter.

-When my husband went to meet him in the parking garage, he immediately expressed how tired he was (understandable because service industry work has insane physical demands)
-He went in guns blazing without doing any kind of pre-consultation or communication about what he was going to diagnose and fix. Just wanted to get in and out.
-He dictated continuously to Isaiah (who is in an apprentice-type position) in a dictatorial almost bossy manner which is really unnerving in front of a client
-He insisted the issue was one thing and kept repeating/hammering it home over and over again (Isaiah ultimately resolved it by just not quitting on the job)
-He then complained that he had ""been here for HOURS""
-He insisted we pay for a pipe part for a problem that was not pre-existing that he had created. Isaiah disagreed as did Garry so they absorbed that cost

Issues: His defensiveness, lack of ownership, lack of customer service orientation, and general lack of professionalism.

I'm sure on a day that he wasn't tired he would have provided great service. Knowing that, he should have turned down the job.

To sum it up:
I would easily use them again. For Isaiah, Rick (the technician that showed up as a second opinion,) Garry, and Christina but I would passionately request that Dan not be assigned to us.

First of all, I got a call from my mom about the first floor toilet water flowing backwards. I called a few places and all want to charge me $200 or more (plus additional charges) until I found this place. Mike came to our place quickly. Hands down reasonable price $150 - deal!!! He was super nice and polite; he nicely explained everything. Within 1.5 hours, he finished the clog in the main outside of my home. Fast and awesome service!
We asked for the business card as well.
I would totally recommend to everybody reading this comment, when you have issues with the ""clog"" at home or anything, call this place and you are gonna get what you totally want. Mike's service was superb and amazing!!!!!!

Great and quick services! Rick was an amazing person and helped us through the problems with our showers and sink. Price is low and reasonable! It only took him 30 minutes to clear up the showers and sinks, which was amazing! Showers are perfectly working as well as sinks! Drain Busters Rooter and Plumbing will be my go to plumbing service for any troubles with drains and sinks!

Very professional, friendly, and trustworthy! Mike from Drain Busters visited my newly refurbished house to look at our kitchen sink (the water was draining very slowly). Not only did he solve the problem, he went out of his way to explain the steps he was taking to do it. When we mentioned a few other small issues we were having with our bathtub, he showed the same degree of professionalism and worked very hard to solve the problem, making sure we were totally satisfied with the results. The cherry on top of the sundae was the reasonable pricing. We will be definitely be asking this team to fix all future problems!
