These guys were awesome. After calling around Saturday afternoon/evening and getting shafted for the small job to unclog a kitchen sink, I connected with Drain Busters first thing Sunday morning. Their tech arrived an hour and a half later, finished the job in less than 10 minutes, and was 1/3 the price of the other quotes.
No weekend up charge! Professional! Clean! Friendly!
This will definitely be my first call when the time comes again.

This plumber is a good man running an honest business. The plumbers that came to my house were friendly, personable, and professional. These men know what they are doing, and like I said, they are honest.

Our kitchen sink was completely backed up on the garbage disposal side only. There was no drainage at all, the garbage disposal blades would spin but the water was standing still. It was late in the afternoon and we called drainbusters and they showed up an hour later and worked into the night to fix our problem.

Not only was the drain clogged, but there was problems with the pipes connecting the garbage disposal to the pipe coming out of the wall. First, the two guys had to disconnect all the pipes from the garbage disposal to the wall, which was no small job because of all the connections and joints needed due to the way the kitchen was poorly designed. Next, they went through the process of trying to clean out all the disconnected pipes to save as much of the materials as they could in order to save me money, but alas, the pipes and connector pieces were in such bad shape, they all had to be replaced. These guys showed me all the damage and it was obvious that the pieces needed to be replaced and they were NOT trying to scam me.

Since they had already removed the pieces of pipe that had the clog, they could have just replaced those parts and the job would have been done. However, these guys went the extra mile and snaked out the pipe going into the wall and pulled out massive amounts of dirt and rust just to make sure I did not have anymore problems in the near future. After this, these guys had to custom make a new fitting on the pipe coming out of the wall because the original pipe threading was stripped to the point that it was not usable again and they did a beautiful job. Then they replaced all the pipes and joints connecting the wall pipe (nipple) to the garbage disposal with new parts. They may not do this for everyone, but the price they gave me was so reasonable that I gave them extra money out of my own pocket because what they charged me I felt was not enough compared to the amount of work they did. I have used numerous plumbers in the past because the place I live in is old and has awful pipes. Never in my experience with plumbers have I EVER paid a plumber extra. I will use this plumber every time in the future even if they charge me more because I know they are honest and operate on integrity.

Rick and Mike did a great job with fixing the shower! The hot water was just a trickle when we first moved in to our new home, but now it works great. I asked them to take a look at the kitchen drain/garbage disposal and later the bathroom faucet, and they fixed all of them very quickly! I would definitely recommend Drain Busters!

This morning, our toilets weren't flushing and sewage was coming back up our tub and shower! Called a few other plumbers and was told there weren't any openings for at least a day.

Called Drain Busters and had a plumber (Mike) over in a little over an hour.

Mike did a great job, was very professional and courteous and got the job done quickly and with no mess in the house. Price was honest and under what I was expecting.

Would use this plumber again and highly recommend.

Called on Sunday because I absolutely could not remove a lock nut to replace a water fill valve for several hours.

A very nice and friendly fellow named Rick came to save the day and he did an excellent job from start to finish. Because the lock nut was impossible to unscrew with a wrench, he had to use an electrical saw (yikes) to remove it and replace the valve. He even went out of his way to check if every little part was in working order which I do appreciate (he also replaced the water filter pipe because it was cracked) and now the toilet is better than ever.

Not sure if the price was the best because there was nothing I could compare it to (no other plumbing company picked up the phone) but I believe it was reasonable.

I HIGHLY recommend giving this place a call. Gary is incredibly honest, genuine and extremely helpful!!! I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to have stumbled on him. I called with an issue about my toilet and he immediately took the time to speak to me to identify the problem. Very knowledgeable, at one glance he knew exactly what was wrong and was able to direct me on how to correct the issue. Very kind to have just helped me since it was a minor issue. Thanks again Gary, I will definitely consider you for any of my future plumbing needs!!

I had a slow draining shower, Mike came out and got it opened. Mike knows his craft. He went on the roof and in no time the problem was gone

Wow! The 5 star reviews are earned - we texted Gary through Yelp around 7pm on a Friday evening for a clogged bathroom sink we'd tried to clear out. He responded right away, and told us he could come out the next morning between 9-10am. He arrived early (awesome!) - asked a few question which I thought clearly demonstrated his knowledge in his field. Needless to say, a snake out was all we needed - done in 20m and no mess! He was done before we expected him to arrive!

Pricing was about 1/2 of what another plumber quoted, which was great.

IMO, this is how you succeed in business - know your trade, be fair in your pricing and deliver great service. Gary has nailed the formula - we'll definitely call again if we ever have any issues!
