Woke up to toilet backing up and toilet waste backing into bathtub from drain. Plunging didn't help. Called Drain Busters and Gary said he said it was the main line and that he'd be over around noon. He came and snaked it with a heavy duty snake from outside the house and finished clearing the clog in under an hour. The price was more than reasonable. We will continue to use this company, and strongly recommend to anyone we know. Excellent workman ship and friendly efficient customer service!

Gary is a rare breed of plumber. He gets it done right, the first time and has the customers best interests at heart. I am the kind of person to get several estimates and Gary was the low price on our water heater replacement and our garbage disposal issue. He has not tried to up sell us on anything. As a matter of fact, he talked me out of buying a 50 gallon water heater stating in his experience, based on our needs, it was unnecessary. Then, when he bought the 40 gal. unit, he got it on sale and passed the savings on to us. He works with another gentleman named Rick when he is busy. These guys are legit. You won't be disappointed.

GARY @ DRAIN BUSTERS ROOTER & PLUMBING SERVICE, is the only call you will EVER need to dial for these services; (you can store it in your phone as I have, [ #1 on my list]). What a great team! I found Gary's company on Home Advisors, Friday night, and of the 3 listed, he is the only person to call. I am a disabled senior with severe anxiety when alone, especially when expecting ""strangers"" at my house. Gary made me feel confident about having his staff to my home, and after meeting Rick and Paul, I felt even more comfortable and would welcome them to stop by anytime.

During our phone call, I did my best to described in laymen's terms my non-emergent slow/glugging drain issues. Gary, without being told, knew access locations, what services were potentially needed, and provided a guesstimate over the phone. To be certain, he would send a service person the next day, AT NO CHARGE and no upsell . Be careful to check other companies re: service charges, $75 OR MORE, just to make the visit/estimate, or more like in person guesstimate, before upsell.

GARY called Saturday to tell me Rick and Paul were on their way. Within 5 minutes the DRAIN BUSTERS van was in front of my house and these plumbing angels were already assessing their plan of action. What great gentleman. The most professional, polite and kind experts anyone could happily invite to their home, (and my dogs loved having them here). In no time at all, I once again had fully operational drains, without exception!

DRAIN BUSTERS are, in my opinion, top of the line in every way. Don't bother shopping around, they are without competition! Without fail, you will be very pleased with all aspects of this great team/company.

As Rick and Paul were packing up, my neighbor across the street called out to say hello. I returned his greeting an very loudly told him to call this company if ever needing plumbing service, as I pointed to Rick and Paul and the Drain Busters van. He asked ""...they're good?"", I yelled back ""THE BEST!""

I hope the other neighbors were paying attention. Drain Busters will be the only team I will be calling in the future, All my family and friends as well. WORD OF MOUTH IS ALWAYS DEPENDABLE.

What started off as a slow drain in my shower turned this Thanksgiving weekend into a nightmare. By Thursday, water was backing out in my shower. By Saturday morning, 2 plumbers were unsuccessful in snaking the line. I called Gary who answered the phone and said they could come out that afternoon. Rick showed up and diagnosed the problem as faulty plumbing install on my newly remodeled bath which was preventing them from snaking but they would keep trying to help me. I was devastated. He and his partner spent hours at my house and tried snaking every which way possible, including from the roof (which the last plumber didn't want to get on due to it being too steep). They too were unsuccessful that day and not for lack of trying.

Later that night, my kitchen sink backed up. I texted Gary and he called back to say they'd come out the next morning. Rick shows up and took cared of the sink in less than 30min. The amazing part is when he showed up, he said they wanted to come back anyway because they brainstormed my problem and came up with one more creative method he'd like to try if I was open to it. No charge if unsuccessful.

Long story short, Rick and his partner spent practically their entire Thanksgiving weekend at my house. I am convinced that they not only love their job but are truly passionate about helping their customers. Gary personally responded to my calls on the weekend and after hours and followed up to ensure everything was going well. Rick went above and beyond to help me even after he left. The team is very experienced, knowledgable, and customer oriented. They also honored their original quote even though it took them 2 visits and a lot of man hours to remedy my situation.

I hope to never have any plumbing problems ever. But if/when I do, I'm calling these guys!

Gary is a gem. He even answers the phone on Sunday morning, and offers to come out on the weekend. I've been through 4 plumbers in the past 5 years to help with my elderly father's house, and Gary is the keeper. No drama to upsell or justify an inflated bill, just honest competence in fixing the problem. Gary is responsive, available, reasonable and ethical.

I recently moved into a new home. I noticed some debris in my landscape drain traps. I decided to test the system by pumping out my old spa water through one of the traps. I began to see the water was backing up. Fearing I was developing a problem, I decided to get the drains cleared before the anticipated El Niño rains come to SoCal. I thought I would need the hydro jet to clear the pipes.

Gary was here within 2 hours of my call on a Saturday. He cleaned a few roots and some mud out of the traps by hand, tested the drainage and it worked great.

What I really appreciate is that he told me the hydro jet wasn't necessary. He even explained to me how to maintain my system to prevent debris and mud from building up again.

I called and spoke to Gary, the owner on a Saturday morning. After I told him the problems we'd had with 3 different shower heads and a sink drainage stopper. He asked if I needed someone to come over right away which was really nice of him. I told him since it was not urgent, he can send someone whenever he has an opening; so we set an appointment for later in the day.
Rick, the technician came on time and started working right away, while he was working he explained to us what caused these problems and he got all the problems fixed.
We're very happy with how things work out:

1) Gary was going to send someone out immediately make me feel comfortable that if you have an emergency case, you know they would be able to come out to help you.

2) They work on weekend without charging a weekend rate.

3) The technician was on time, knowledgeable and very pleasant.

We will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to family and friends

Called three different plumbers with great yelp reviews in my area. Out of the 3 only one got back to me and they didn't have an opening until next week. Got ahold of Drain busters and they were here in half and hour and my drain was busted in no time and for a much better rate then I was seeing. Thanks!!!

In a word, Drain Buster are a dynamite company. They helped me at home once and at our community pool twice. Each time , Gary was very helpful in getting Rick out to resolve the issue. Rick is extremely competent and performs the required service professionally and expeditiously. Gary's fees. for the services performed, are very reasonable. i have no hesitation to recommend them or call them the next time I have a need.
