Great experience! I had been having problems with a toilet in the 1st floor bathroom of my house. The toilet would constantly get clogged, even with minimal amounts of waste. I had another plumbing company assess the situation and that plumber informed me that my sewer pipe needed to be repaired or possibly replaced. After receiving an estimate of almost $1,000 to clean and view my sewer pipe with a camera, I figured I would get a second opinion. A few days later, I scheduled an appointment with a gentleman named Ray from Drain Buster's Plumbing and he suggested to first replace the toilet to determine whether the sewer pipe may be having issues. He informed me that my toilet was an early low-flow model that was engineered to conserve water, yet lacked good flush performance. He also put me at ease by telling me that if a new toilet did not resolve my problem, he would credit me the labor cost for its installation to any further work. I had him replace the toilet and the new one has not clogged since. It's great to know that there are still honest people out there.
