The handles on one of our HansGrohe bathroom faucets were extremely tight and hard to turn. I got new valves from the manufacturer, and then the D.B. crew came to my house. They attempted to remove the handles but they were frozen on. So I ordered new handles, and the crew then cut off the old ones and replaced valves and handles. They work fine now and hopefully will continue to do so. I will certainly call Drain Buster's again if we have another plumbing issue.

What wonderful service for a non-emergent job. The floor and plumbing for bathroom needed some adjustment for a replacement shower and sink. Josh was fantastic, even though the job was a bit more difficult than expected, he stuck to it and the results are great. Regina kept me informed, schedule wise. The job bid was in the same ballpark as others, but they seemed much more responsive and were able to start the project in a very timely manner. Josh and Miles came out immediately for a sewer line problem and they were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The cost seemed very reasonable too. Discovered a leak on the intake pipe outside our home this morning. Did a yelp search for quality plumbers and found Drain Busters. Called immediately and someone was out here within 30 minutes. We watched the repair which was quick, efficient and thorough. Miles, owner, and Josh, lead technician, were professional and worked quickly. They installed a badly needed new regulator, new pipe and new shut off valve. It's evident these people know what they are doing.
