Miles arrived early and replaced our failed garbage disposal. Took him about an hour. He was professional, kind and fair. Would highly recommend him if your in need of a professional Plummer. Another local Plummer never returned my call. Go with Miles with Drain Busters.

Wow! I had my house fumigated. SoCal gas tech turned on my wall heater and my stove. but told me that my water heater was in too bad a condition to restore to service and that I needed a plumber to restore it. Rats, which I thought were gone from my home, had gotten into the water heater closet, nested, and corroded the plumbing. It was 2:00 p.m. on a Friday. Yikes! I called Drain Busters. Rikki who answered, got in touch with plumber Miles, and he was at my house in less than an hour. The rats in that closet were dead from fumigation, but what a mess they had made. I don't blame Miles for not wanting to work on this mess. He told me the rats had eaten my water heater! He told me I would have to replace the unit and gave me a fair price. He grumbled a bit, and I don't blame him, but he got the new unit and cleaned up the mess. He also fixed the vent duct on my dryer and got done by 5:00. He should be called ""Miracle Miles"". Thank you Drain Busters and Miles.

The worker was nice and spent about an hour to snake the drain. He tried a couple of times in a couple of locations. He was at the end successful. The only drawback was he said if that snaking didn't do the job, he'd need to come back with a different (probably longer) snake and charge me more. Maybe they should have that longer snake on the truck, ""just in case"" so they don't have to make 2 trips.? ( After all their name is Drain Busters!) But what do I know. The price seemed fair given the amount of time the guy spent working.

Called drain busters on Sunday left message, called back first thing Monday morning, we had a clogged toilet at our building, they were able to get to us on Tuesday. Miles was great showed me the problem and was fixed within a hour, was very patient with all my questions. They have a customer for life, also Rigina in the office was great kept me updated on when they could get there,

Plumbing backed up Saturday night so we waited it out until Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. After calling 4 other plumbers listed by Yelp who actually did NOT cover Morro Bay we got a recommendation for Drain Buster's in Los Osos. I left a message at 8:30am and by 9am I had a callback stating that Cameron could be here between 10 and 12noon. He arrived at 11:15, found the clean out and ran the snake through to the city sewer - about 110 feet of snake since the builders located the clean out on the back of the house. Quick, friendly and effective for what I thought was a reasonable price - well under $200. Told me to contact the city and have them check their end as it appeared the problem may lie with the sewer connection itself.

I emailed a couple weeks ago, they responded quickly, but stated they wouldn't be able to be out til the following week. I said that would be fine and let me know when someone could come out. I never got an answer! I was very disappointed.

Called early Sunday morning for a time sensitive issue and they called back very quickly. Gave a time frame and an estimate based on what the problem was. Miles showed up at the early time estimate and was nice, courteous and professional. Gave an accurate estimate for the cost and only took 40 minutes. Will use again for all of my potential plumbing problems.

We were very satisfied with the service we received from Drain Busters Plumbing. It was easy and quick to schedule. Dan, who came out to work at our place, was friendly, professional and very efficient. He was able to take care of multiple things while here and did a wonderful job cleaning up after. Very reasonable price, as well. Highly recommend them.

I called and spoke with Regina and she sent Miles out the next morning. He called to ask if he could come a half hour early ....he quickly took care of two problems, fixed a faucet, replaced the shut off valves and snaked the shower drain. He did a great job and was very professional.
