I cannot adequately express how grateful I am to Miles and Regina. My elderly mother's main drain backed up into the house Saturday afternoon (ewwww). I got a call on from her friend telling me that she had called her plumber. Turns out he couldn't clear the drain nor could his friend that he called, and so they suggested that I call Drain Buster's Plumbing. Since it was late in the day, Drain Busters said they would be out in the morning. I explained to Regina that my mom doesn't drive and that we live 150 miles away, and that, of course, she could not stay there with the drains clogged. We made a date for the next morning and Regina gave me a name of another company that might be able to go out to mom's house that night. As I waiting for the other company to answer the phone, my phone registered another call coming in and when I saw it was Drain Busters I hung up on the other call and was beyond happy when Regina informed me that Miles said that he would go out to mom's right away. He went out, cleared the drain, and wet-vaced up the mess. Thank you, thank you, thank you Drain Busters! You guys went above and beyond to help my mother and I am so grateful.

YES, call Drain Buster's!!! Miles provided a quick response, expertise, efficient work and pleasant demeanor. He came to my rescue on a Saturday afternoon to promptly fix my busted water main. I thought we were going to be without running water for a couple of days, but instead he got it fixed and flowing within a couple of hours! His fees are also very reasonable. RECOMMENDED!

I recently had a need for a plumber. They were out within 1.5 hours, which was really good because we had a carpenter and 2 painters here and we only have one toilet.

We had a bit of a problem, but Drain Buster's was fantastic at remedying the situation. They were incredibly patient and kind with all my questions and requests.

Josh was excellent. He was on time and able to both show and explain the problem to me that I understood. He seemed very open and honest about the best approach. He gave me a variety of options for the best approach to take. O was very friendly and I felt like he was genuinely honest.

I tried to replace a shower mixing valve but got stumped when trying to remove valve. Went to Ace Hardware for help, but wrong person on the floor. He wanted me cut out copper tubing and start all over. Decided I needed help, went to Yelp and found Drain Buster's as top plumbing company in Los Osos. Called them, they were here in 30 minutes. They had the tool and the parts. Problem solved! Great crew! Thanks Dillion and Miles!

I just moved into an old house in Morro Bay. The hose faucets were both leaking and needed the valves replaced. I couldn't find the water main shut off, so needed help with that. I also suspected the water pressure was too high, could damage fixtures, not good for pipes, but couldn't find the pressure regulator. Josh quickly replaced one of the faucet valves but the other was too close to the wall, so he had to install an extension pipe, which he did quickly, though he had to access it from the crawl space on the interior side of the wall, which wasn't fun, I'm sure, but he just got on with it & got the job done. As a bonus, he found a rat trap with a dead rat, saving me having to find it when it started to smell! He showed me why I couldn't find the water shut off, because the handle had broken off, making it impossible to shut the water off except at the meter. Also, there was no pressure valve, so when he installed the new shut off valve, he also installed a new pressure regulator, placing it on the house side of the shut off valve, so it can be maintained without shutting off the water at the meter. He was quick & efficient & obviously cared about doing a good job. Where he installed the new shut off valve & pressure regulator, there was a bunch of old piping from when there had been a water softening system, which no longer exists, so he removed all the piping from that, cleaned up all the piping around the shut off. I'll definitely use Josh whenever I need a plumber!

This is a great company! Had them replace sewer line that had collapsed. They were on time, worked hard and efficiently, and left the area looking better than when they came. Josh answered all my questions patiently. He and Dan worked well together. The company was easy to communicate with and work with. The only down side was waiting over two hours for the city inspector to show up and sign off so they could finish the job. The guys were more patient with that situation than I would have been! Drain Buster's is competent, professional, skilled, and dependable. Prices are fair. Plus, who doesn't appreciate their clever name!

This company is fantastic!!!.When they installed the lateral for our sewer, there was much vegetation they had to do through along with landscaping issues. When they were finished, you could not tell that the ground had been disturbed. About a week after the lateral was put in, our water heater went on the blink. They were here within an hour, new water heater, all hook-ups and even the security straps installed correctly (I had installed the last water heater and did not know what I was doing when I installed the earthquake straps) . Everyone from this company are gentlemen and were very good a explaining what needed to be done alone the way with the lateral and also, surprise for us, a grinder pump! It was needed, there was nothing they did wrong, the county's contractor for putting in the sewer line was mistaken when they told us we would not need a grinder pump! I think what impressed me the most, the owner of the company was right out there working with his men, not just overseeing the project.
Call this company for all you plumbing needs, they are great.

When a water heater goes, it's a total mess, but Drainbusters made it much easier. I called them at 8am, and by 8:45 the new one was in. They were prompt, skilled, and efficient. From the office manager to the plumbers, they're there when you need them!
