As a new home owner seeing my bathtub stop draining had me wondering which kidney to sell to pay for the repair. I had Roto-Rooter quote me an ungodly amount of money and wanted to see what the job was really worth. I had Jerromey in the next day and had him repair a giant crack in my sewage line and snake out my entire drain system. I saved a large amount of money and I am very satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend giving him a call to save yourself the stress I ran into.

I called around to get quotes on a job ( hot water tank) many of which said there would be a service charge of $45-55$ but would not give me a quote/ estimate of what the job may cost me, said ... if I used them once they arrived and looked at the problem that the service call would go towards the over all cost of the job. I asked if they could even give me a low to a high end cost of the job not one out of all that I called could or would do so, except Jerromey from Drain Busters. Now I know that it may have cost me more but, I'm on a very fixed income and needed to know what it world possible cost me and to ensure that I would have enough money to cover the job.

Jerromey from Drain Busters was not only very costumer service friendly and aware but was on time for our set appointment, he came in fixed the hot water tank and stayed true to his estimate, he even took an extra few steps to ensure there was no other issues with the tank. I will definitely be calling him for any further plumbing issues that I may have. Very vigilant to his customers needs and cost. Jerromey was Courteous and professional he went above and beyond what others would do to fix the hot water tank, I'm sure that they would say I needed a new one. He I felt Was honest and concerned for my property. Very knowledgeable about plumbing. I was Very pleased with his service. Would definitely hire Drain Busters again the next time we need a plumber.
