I explained the situation, and Chris told me it would be an easy fix and scheduled me for Monday after his morning appointment after I told him it wasn't an emergency. He showed up on time and explained every step of the repair. His rates were extremely fair, and he came in significantly less than I was quoted by other companies. Great value for licensed and insured work, highly recommend. He will now be our family plumber if any needs arise.
