ONe of the bathroom fixtures that Brothers installed has to be tightened periodically. That is hardly typical. This is a new place and because of the way the previous owner left it, needed plumbing work. Tracking dirt in the house the first time was bad enough. But Brothers managed to leave black gunk splattered in the bathroom. A professional cleans up. This guy didn't.
Drain Brothers was here a second time to fix something they missed the first time. Brother & helper did not fix it. I bought the tools and found the drain crammed with the previous owner's negligence. I have never hired a plumber to install faucets who did NOT check the trap. The kitchen faucet that he ""fixed"" and charged $80 for, now wobbles when touched.
This time they left a big puddle of dirty water on the floor in my bathroom and tracked dirt on my living room carpet. I even asked Brandon & his helper to remove their shoes. Every plumber who has ever worked on my place has either taken shoes off or put protective covers on them, A pro leaves with the work done with none of his mess behind.
I will never recommend this company to anyone. If you pay professional wages then get a professional. This company is just not worth it.

Brandon fixed two faucets (replaced mixers) and a leak on my water heater. He came out in the afternoon and diagnosed the issues for free then came back in the morning with spare parts and fixed everything. He also gave me some advise on how to fix my slow drains. Price was fair. I'd call Drain Brothers again.
