I had a bad leak in the shower/tub so I sent requests to several plumbers on yelp for an estimate. Alan at drain bros was the first to reply back with an estimate and his estimate was the lowest as well. We set up an appointment for today, saturday and it was nice because he was available earlier than our scheduled time. He did the job perfectly and now it doesn't leak at all anymore. I liked his service so much that now I am trying to schedule more projects with him. I highly recommend drain bros for all of your plumbing needs.

We opened our water bill and were beyond shocked at what we had to pay. We immediately started researching and calling plumbers in the Norwalk area and Alan was the most professional. He answered right away, gave us a time that he would arrive for a free inspection, and arrived earlier than what he mentioned. He made a thorough inspection and was very clear with (along with pictures) on what was going on with our piping system. Turns out we had to re-do a lot, but Alan was able to answer all our questions and was very honest. Alan and his team arrived next day and was able to complete all of the work in less than 5 hours. Very efficient, very professional, and we would definitely recommend his services to everyone!

Unfortunately I woke up this morning to find that my water heater was leaking! I have done previous work with Alan as he helped me install a toilet so I decided to contact him again as I was satisfied with his previous work. Luckily Alan was very quick to respond and arrived at my house within minutes and began to diagnose the issue right away despite the pouring rain. He was really committed to help me fix this issue immediately as I had family members waiting to use the hot water. He came to the conclusion that the water heater needed to be replaced and gave me a fair price for the installation of the new water heater. I'm so relieved I came across Alan! He was courteous, thorough, and attentive. He explained what was going on with my drain and recommended hydro jet since the snake did not clear the drain. I'm so glad I trusted his expertise! The drain is clear and very clean. So much gunk and grease accumulation from over the years was removed (two buckets of black jellylike grease!). He also made sure to clean the area and put everything back. Plus he ran a plumber's camera as he was working -when the job is completed too- and explained to me what kind of pipes I have and what they look look like inside (at no charge!) He's licensed and professional yet very reasonably priced. I'm so glad he was recommended to me!
