Connected with Drain Bros via Yelp, Alan (the owner) replied promptly and his quote was in line with my expectations. All other plumbers wanted to visit to give me a quote. The job - replacing the kitchen and bathroom faucets.

called in and met Alan to clear the drain in my kitchen sink. Alan was thorough in letting me know the cost and how he would fix it. After running a snake through the outside, he determined there was another pipe that was clogged and told me he needed to access that through another way. After letting me know how he would do it and the additional cost, he went ahead and fixed the problem. I was impressed with the professionalism and thorough work that Alan did. I've kept his contact info so we could call him for any plumbing needs we would need in the future. hopefully, i wont have to call him :). I would definitely recommend calling Drain Bros first instead of other services who won't give you a price before going to see you. Drain Bros just gives you peace of mind !! Thank you Alan

The techs arrived approximately 9.45 a.m. While here, they performed two repair/replacements at my house . I am very pleased and impressed with their attitude and work ethic. They were extremely courteous and answered all of my questions and explained to me exactly how to operate the replaced faucets, turning on and off, and took time to explain how the materials work. They pulled out at exactly 11.00 a.m. Very pleased! And quick! Highly recommend!

I was able to get service quickly and they called to ask if they could arrive early, which worked out great for me. David was friendly and helpful and completed snaking my bathroom sink drain. He cleaned up after himself and gave recommendations on how to prevent clogging. Overall had a great experience and would recommend!

Alan is the owner and he's very honest and responsive (to text/phone) which is a hard to find quality in contractors nowadays. If you've hired enough help then you know what I'm talking about. He cares about his work and he explains everything to you before doing the job so you know what you're getting into. His estimates are VERY detailed and lists everything being done and everything being used. His estimates are even itemized! You hardly ever see contractors do that any more. You can pick and choose what you want done and know exactly how much will be added/deducted from your cost. On top that, he is very reasonably priced - you won't feel gouged. So if you're on the fence, just give him a call and he'll be there shortly and you'll get the estimate right away (maybe even on the phone, like he did for my job).

So I initially called him for a local clog on a toilet that I couldn't get through myself. He came through fast, within 2 hours, and did the job quickly. He even ran a free camera inspection on my main sewer line out to the public street just because I asked.

Then I called him back for more work (on a scheduled date and time):
* Water heater maintenance
* Multiple angle valve replacements and new hoses
* Two new toilets
* New kitchen sink and faucet
* New bathroom vanity with faucet
* Bathroom cartridge, spout, and tub drain

He showed up with two helpers, promptly at 8am, and knocked it all out by 2pm. He even threw in a couple extra valves for me! There were a few hiccups along the way, but he made every effort to make it right. He came back to fix any small leaks we had and I added some extra work. You can tell he wants to do right by the client and will come back as needed. It's not one of those, I'll come back in a week or two, he comes back the next day.

So all around, great quality, communication, honest/reliable, prompt and well priced. You should always have a line up of plumbers anyways because they're always busy when you really need them. Alan and Drain Bros have definitely been added to my top 3 plumbers to reach out for when in need. I plan to use him for my water softener install in the near future and will update the review again then.

No need to look any further. If you have a clogged drain just call them. Great service, fair price and they clean up!! Very courteous and professional. I have a very difficult drain. Took several passes to clear but they got it handled. I know who to call if I have any other problems. Thank you Alan for a job well done!!

My laundry pipe drain was overflowing and nothing I did solved it. I sent a request on Yelp and Alan responded pretty quick. He came the next day and snaked the line. This helped with water flow but he found the pipe was leaking under my house. His camera also showed my cast iron pipes were extremely corroded and were almost sealed up. He gave me several quotes then started working on replacing all the cast iron pipes under my house. Alan was very professional and didn't give off any pressure sales/scare tactics. His crew worked in a small crawlspace that was wet and muddy due to the leak. Great work and I would recommend him to anyone.

It was a Sunday afternoon and we were having an issue with water pushing up from under the toilet in our 1937 home. I used Yelp to get several quotes from local plumbers and Alan was the only one that responded to my questions in Yelp project and was willing to come out that day and work on our toilet. He provided constant communication about his arrival time. After looking at the toilet and trying to unclog the blockage he provided video of the clog in the main sewer line. He also provided pictures of leaks starting from the original cast iron sewer pipe and galvanized water main line. We scheduled for a complete replacement and when he came back with his team they were quick and efficient. They restored the sod as best they could keeping things as neat as possible and cleaning up after each day. Alan explained what they were doing as they worked and showed us the clogged cast iron sewer pipes that were replaced. He ensured that everything worked before he and his team left. We were impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor. He was willing to answer our questions throughout the project. We are glad that he responded on that Sunday afternoon and will continue to call on Drain Bros for future needs.
