Excellent experience. Water wasn't draining out of my basement pipes. Called the Bros and they had someone out here within an hour. Gave me a price ahead of time. Fixed the problem. Stuck to the price. No funny business or upsells. Seth was a total pro. Have used 3 different plumbers in Bethel Park with mixed results. I'll def call Drain Bros again for my plumbing needs.

Possibly the most embarrassing service call I have ever had to make. My senior dog has early stage kidney disease and when I have to be away from home I have been leaving him a potty pad in my bathroom. These pads sometimes leak underneath and recently when mopping I have noticed some leakage in the toilet area. Mopping with bleach was no longer cutting it and I started to realize that under the toilet was the problem. I needed to have a plumber come and take the toilet off so I could clean well underneath, put it back in place and obviously find a better solution for my dog going forward because this is just bad.

I reached out to Drain Bros. via Yelp on the strength of their excellent reviews and proximity to me in Bethel Park. They had a same day opening which was amazing. I almost immediately heard back from someone via text to confirm I still needed help, followed up by a call to make the appointment.

Technician Seth called when he was about 15 minutes from my house to let me know his location. He was hard-working and knowledgeable, had no qualms about the nature of the problem I was so horrified about, and when the toilet was off set about cleaning the tile himself, although I insisted it should be my job as it's my dog. He said when he replaces a toilet he always cleans well underneath no matter what to start from a clean footprint, so it was absolutely no problem. He also said my timing was good because the wax seal under my toilet had been giving out and needed to be replaced. He did very good work with attention to detail, pride in the job and respect, putting on shoe covers whenever he needed to come in or out of the house.

Earlier during the initial phone call, I asked for an estimate for this job, was quoted $250 and that was exactly what I was charged. I found these guys to be very efficient, honest and upfront. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs and really appreciated the quick help today.

I cannot recommend Ryan and his team at Drain Bros enough! I had a massive emergency when my main gas line started leaking in almost zero degree weather. The gas company red tagged my home with a tenant in place and left without ever calling me to let me know what was going on. By the time I received the news that my tenant was without heat in record breaking low temperatures...I was in full panic mode. It was a Friday night after hours. I frantically started calling all of my contacts looking for a plumber that could handle this scope of work and who would kindly fit us into their busy schedule given the circumstances. A trusted friend of mine sent me Ryan's contact. He answered his phone after hours and could sense my frustration. He was kind and offered to send someone to look at it the following day on Saturday. Not only did he follow through but he was able to move some non emergency jobs around and within 72 hours my gas line was replaced! He was even generous enough to make a small repair inside my home as well while he was on site. I found his pricing not only fair...but his passion for what he does to be refreshing. Ryan and his partner were great! They were the first of a few plumbers who responded, but they responded first. They got me on the schedule the next day, and were thorough, fast, and efficient. They were also very courteous . I highly recommend them.

Drainbros completely redid all the drains on my ground floor. They were nice, great to work with and overall result was a good job. They did the work in a timely manner. They did try to cut a corner, but when I brought it up to the owner, he made sure the work was done properly and as expected. I would use them again and recommend them to someone else, but it doesn't hurt to keep an eye on the work as its progressing.

Drain Bros did a great job replacing an old concrete sink that was going bad and extending the vent pipe to move our dryer.

Drain Bros is an excellent plumbing company. They replaced all the pipes leaving my house, from the laundry room/kitchen, the basement bathroom, the upstairs bathroom, the entryway bathroom and the stairwell drain. For the stairwell drain, which has an 8 foot retaining wall next to it, they installed a sump pump and ran the pipes from under the house out to the yard to be up to code. They moved the air vent (house trap) closer to the house to be up to code and also installed an extra pipe for dye testing.

They did not damage the retaining wall, the driveway, or the built in entertainment center next to where they installed one of the pipes. They replaced the stone steps up to the house and cleaned up the dirt which was dug up to put the exterior pipes in as best as they could. They used quick setting concrete to fill the hole in the laundry room floor and the entryway bathroom floor since those areas would be used sooner than the rest of the areas in the basement that were excavated.

They answered all my questions and there were many of them. They did not have undesirable things in the estimate (which I received the next day after their first visit) such as not being responsible for damaging retaining walls, gas lines, etc. In other words they were not like some of the plumbers who do not worry about the damage they cause and just say it is the homeowners responsibility to fix it once they are done.

I must admit I was somewhat of a pest because I kept an eye on them after all the bad experiences I have had with other plumbers and I was curious to see how they would replace the pipes. Now I know they can be trusted. The trench they dug outside between the house and the location of the old air vent was 8 feet down and about 8 to 10 feet in length. The sides were supported by big wood walls which were braced.

Their price was fixed, and they did not raise it even though it may have required more excavating than they expected. The team consisted of very hard workers who were extremely knowledgeable about the job. And they worked very late a couple of days in order to get the job done before my basement remodelers were scheduled to start. Drain Bros was very easy to schedule and I did not have to wait long for them to do the job. They were on time every day and always let me know in advance what time they would arrive. This was a major plumbing job and took longer than a week and now our old terra cotta and cast iron pipes, which were leaking and had roots in them, and were constantly clogging up have all been replaced with state of the art plumbing pipes.

This was the 6th plumber that came out to camera my pipes and give me an estimate. I was about ready to give up after No Show Joe cancelled an hour before he was supposed to do the job. It is such a relief to have good plumbing and I highly recommend Drain Bros for all your plumbing needs. Ryan, the owner of Drain Bros is very competent and has extensive experience working for other major plumbing and excavation companies and now has his own business which does the plumbing right and he truly cares about the homeowners.
