Alex arrived within an hour of calling! He arrived, I described the problem, we had roots growing through our pipes, he first cleaned the first bit of it, put the camera down to confirm the problem, then went high pressure and killed the roots out the bare pipes. I recommend them highly for fast and quality and price worthy service!

After receiving a highly-inflated quote for a total sewer line replacement, I contacted Drain Bears through their website over the weekend. They called me first thing Monday morning to set up an appointment. Alex, the technician showed up right on time, on Christmas Eve, no less. He allowed me to watch as he slid a camera through the pipes. He stopped to point out different aspects, joints, etc. Although he agreed that my cast iron pipes are at the end of their life span, he agreed that much of the work could work, or be done in stages, including sewer lining rather than replacement, in order to make it more financially feasible for me. No hard selling, no pushy, talking over my head, etc. When the time comes, I will definitely call Drain Bears to begin my project. I also like that I control the financing component through their website. So impressed to find and HONEST company with a knowable technician!

I was told by my landscaper that I had a leak in my waterline by the underground meter. I contacted Drain Bears and the owner came down right on schedule and checked it out. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO LEAK!!
The owner Stoyan was so very honest and forthright...I was so impressed. It is a rarity to find such an honest company lately but I suppose that I truly lucked out with Drain Bears.
I know that in the future I will assuredly call this company if any issue regarding water leaks arise!!!

Drain Bears was great! We were informed by LVVWD that our meter was running and we might have a leak. Drain Bears came out and determined we had a few small issues with pool equipment, landscaping, and RO/Water softener system. They didn't try to upsell us and were very professional and the $49 charge to come out was well worth it. Will definitely use them again if we have plumbing needs. A+ recommend!

We had roots that split our drain pipe. We also had a separation from our main to the city street line. Thankfully, Clark County Water Reclamation was responsible for that issue. Their original markings were placed in 2015 but their crew never came back! anyway, after their repair and pipe replacement, I first called our home warranty folks. The crew was too limited and of course knew to get other estimates. Had YES come out but had to have one more. One of the CCWR folks suggested I call Drain Bear. ""Jason"" and his crew were great. Everything from start to finish was done well and also included the replacing our concrete driveway!!! As for cost, for all they did, was definitely more involved for the basics only previously estimated by the other 2!

Even though this company was sent by my Property Management, I have to say the employees of this company are Awesome.. They are friendly, helpful and considerate. I had 2 different plumbers in from them and both were great. Very knowledgeable and made sure to leave everything cleaner before leaving.. I will use this company myself in the future.

This company is amazing. Stoyan could not be more knowledgable, helpful, and a genuinely nice guy. I had to call on a Saturday for a clogged kitchen drain, and surprisingly was able to get service the same day. He came, he conquered, and all was well...and for a very reasonable price also! Can't give them enough stars!
