Drain Bears was great! We were informed by LVVWD that our meter was running and we might have a leak. Drain Bears came out and determined we had a few small issues with pool equipment, landscaping, and RO/Water softener system. They didn't try to upsell us and were very professional and the $49 charge to come out was well worth it. Will definitely use them again if we have plumbing needs. A+ recommend!

Joshua replaced our shower head this morning. He was on time, quick and efficient. Drain Bears also beat the price of several other vendors. I would highly recommend Drain Bears for your plumbing needs.

We had roots that split our drain pipe. We also had a separation from our main to the city street line. Thankfully, Clark County Water Reclamation was responsible for that issue. Their original markings were placed in 2015 but their crew never came back! anyway, after their repair and pipe replacement, I first called our home warranty folks. The crew was too limited and of course knew to get other estimates. Had YES come out but had to have one more. One of the CCWR folks suggested I call Drain Bear. ""Jason"" and his crew were great. Everything from start to finish was done well and also included the replacing our concrete driveway!!! As for cost, for all they did, was definitely more involved for the basics only previously estimated by the other 2!

Even though this company was sent by my Property Management, I have to say the employees of this company are Awesome.. They are friendly, helpful and considerate. I had 2 different plumbers in from them and both were great. Very knowledgeable and made sure to leave everything cleaner before leaving.. I will use this company myself in the future.

This company is amazing. Stoyan could not be more knowledgable, helpful, and a genuinely nice guy. I had to call on a Saturday for a clogged kitchen drain, and surprisingly was able to get service the same day. He came, he conquered, and all was well...and for a very reasonable price also! Can't give them enough stars!

This is an outstanding company! After having an emergency, suspecting a water leak in my home this morning before working hours, I left a message on their website and was immediately contacted upon their opening. The customer service rep took down my info and was able to give me a same-day emergency appointment.

Jason is a superstar! He came out promptly at the beginning of the appointment window,l. He was very professional, meticulous and knowledgeable. He quickly performed a thorough whole-house assessment with his detection equipment, discovered the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend this company!

These guys came out and fixed a botched water heater installation done by the previous company in our rental. They were sent by our property manager and also fixed a couple other items found on inspection of the unit. Stoylan was very helpful and so was his tech Jason. This was the second time using Drain Bears. The first time was last year for main water line, this time was to repipe the entire house. They are quick to respond & get the job done right.
