Warehouse toilet drain that was clogged for years, and to me as a new owner, this was unacceptable. The problem was resolved by Drain Away in a matter of 25 minutes. This was definitely a job that required experience and specialized equipment. We now have an extra functional bathroom when needed. Nothing is cheap these days, but the big names in the drain business charged me three times as much for a similar job in the past. I highly recommend Rich and his friendly professional crews.

Main line clogged. Called Drain Away and MikeB was on-site in less than 40 minutes. Mike was professional, courteous, and quick. Cost was very reasonable for such fast service. Would use again.

First of all, again proving his lack of listening skills, there was never 3' of water in the basement - he saw the 4-5"" and refused to walk into it because he didn't have the right boots (!).
Second, he refused to use his camera in the drain I told him to because he didn't want it to get wet. So he stuck it in a leader drain, apparently so he could charge me.
Third, this moron said he pushed his drain snake 85' into the exit pipe - he couldn't have because the next guy I called (Highland Sewer & Drain) found the break right away - 15' from the end.
Fourth, Drain Away Moron has no concept of how footing drains work - it's all about gravity - they must not have taught physics at his high school, if he went to one. I explained the entire, simple system to him five ( 5 ) times - he just doesn't have the mental capacity to understand gravity. Yet, the next team understood it right away and figured out what the problem was in 15 minutes.

This guy is likely to do more damage while he racks up his bill than helping you fix your problem. Run the other way - call anyone else.

It was pouring rain, just before dinner on a Saturday night the weekend before Thanksgiving and our drain was completely clogged with water filling our bathroom. We were not hopeful we would be able to get ahold of a service but lo and behold Drain Away came to our rescue!! Rich was extremely responsive and was able to call us back immediately and showed up at our house less than an hour. Within an hour's time the job was done and all for a very fair price. Rich delayed his dinner plans with his wife (A big thank you to her as well!) to come and help us out. Look no further and call Drain Away. You will not regret it!

Wish I could give them more stars!!! Richard the owner knows what he's doing!! He's fast, showed up exactly when he said he would. He's honest and fair!!! He is a real pro!!! Thank God we found him after getting bad, incorrect work & rip-off prices from a few others!!!

Sewer line clogged and backing up. These guys were here in 35 min, dealt with the problem and charged me a very reasonable price. Knowledgeable and courteous.
