So grateful to have found an honest and reliable company to help my elderly parents deal with a pipe obstruction (and at a reasonable cost). Shane and his team used the scope to diagnose the issue, which was significant, and return to fully de-scale and open a central pipe that was 85% blocked. They were polite, respectful, and fast. $850 for a barely functioning external drain, after a flooded basement situation. I then called to find out how much more it would cost me to actually get it fixed, encountered an extremely rude representative answering the phone who literally said ""You can take your business, elsewhere."" After being up for 72 hours bailing water; and, increasing pressure to fix the problem, this was not the customer service experience that I was looking for. Problem easily resolved by competitor. Don't use these guys. Ever. Flat out screwed me.

Had to borrow a plunger, didn't even have a plunger on deck. Initially refused to clean the drain/back-up said it was not their job to clean anything but the homeowner's job. $476 and 3 hours later, they tell me there's an unknown issue with the kitchen drain pipe which is what I told them 2 minutes after they first entered my house that was my speculation based on the back-up debris and activities prior to the back-up. They wanted to charge an additional $250+ to continue ""diagnosing"" the problem, one which they explained could not ultimately be solved by them because they are ""not plumbers"". After paying them $476 for basically no reason besides a shoddy, reluctant cleaning, they asked me to go buy some bleach and clean the drain area again because they ""probably didn't clean it very well"". The back-up was about 2 feet in diameter, very small mess. Utter nightmare, would not recommend!!!

I had Drain Away come after another service could unclog my kitchen sink. Brandon their drain technician..was professional, knowledgeable and kept his work area clean and protected the floors. He did a great job and was finally able to clean the line by getting on the roof and running a pressurized line that pulsed water under high pressure.

I had a slow drain in a bathroom sink. I had already made sure the p trap was clear, but I saw some debris in the old galvanized drain pipe and thought it might need to be replaced so I called to make an appointment. Jake came out within an hour, checked everything, and cabled the drain pipe to clear it. Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced!
