Seriously, saved our you know what tonight! I appreciate them being so understanding and helpful. They came out quick and prompt and was very friendly. We had the kitchen sink, washer and shower overflow and it was a nightmare. It was quickly solved and it was such a relief to us. From the moment I spoke with the kind woman on the phone to the time the guy who came out to fix our clogged drains it was top notch service. It is so hard to find a 24 hour service but now I know who to call from here on out.

I reached out on their website to have someone come out and look at our backed up kitchen sink and within a couple of hours I have an appointment scheduled for the next day. Shane and his crew replaced a broken backwater valve and pipes due to a root infiltration on our property. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Shane took his time explaining every part of the process with me and put me at ease on this unfortunate project we were faced with shortly after moving into our new house. We will definitely be giving them a call with any plumbing projects that pop up in the future.

Please be careful with this company! They tried to charge me for something that they didn't do. They sent an employee to my place around 5pm on Friday and he was not friendly.... maybe he wanted to go home but had to work late. I didn't know which cleanout was for the main line and he told me he didn't either. So we opened the caps to the cleanout and he said he'll have to charge me for 2 sewer scopes. I didn't think it was fair so i said no. There was no sewer scope done, we just opened the caps and he charged me for 2 scopes. I didn't pay him because I didn't think it was fair because he didn't do any work. Now I just found out that they sent me to collections. PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Without a doubt the best plumbing company in Portland. Reception kept us in the loop regarding time of service and Matt (the plumber) came by even earlier than scheduled. Service was WAY cheaper than other services we've used and the tech actually was able to pinpoint the troubled area - something prev plumbers hadn't done before.

Awesome!!! I called one day, they were out the next. They came and did a job nobody else wanted to do, for a really great price. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, made repairs & that was it.

My experience started out with a very nice and helpful person on the phone (I didn't get her name), very accurate price quote too, not to mention I felt was reasonable. Nick (I think is his name) arrived to my home on time. He worked fast and was very informative, he gave me tips and advice. Nick fixed my two issues with ease. I'm very thankful for their services and I will recommend them to others and use them again...because, as we all know, we will need a plumber again.

I cannot day enough good things about Shane and Drain Away Rooter. I requested a quote through Yelp on Thursday morning, and we had a quote after he scopes the line that evening, and commitment to do the work the next day. They showed up in the morning right on time and went straight to work. The pipe had broken off at the foundation wall, and they quickly did the repair and the price came in right on quote. If you have a problem, you can't ask for better. Give them a call.

We scored with this one. Our sink had been backed up for four days as we tried to clear the lines, snake the pipes, and check the vent on the roof. When it still didn't help we called Drain Away Rooter based on Yelp reviews. I'm so glad we did. Matt showed up that afternoon and within 45 min the problem was solved. There's no way we could have found the problem 40' deep within the pipe but Matt did. He was quick, clean, and explained everything along the way. He gave us an estimate before doing any work and a 30 day warranty. I really appreciate his help and would definitely go back to this company for future issues.
