We had blocked kitchen sink. I tried to get it with a 25 foot snake but no luck. Called Drain Away and then sent Matt out same day. He went to work and found the blockage about 50 feet down then line. He was in and out in under an hour. He also taught me about why disposals are problematic in old house and set me on the clear out in the basement so I could watch the blockage pass by as he cleared it. I would definitely use their service again and would request Matt.

It is a bummer they don't have many reviews on yelp. However they have a ton of great reviews on Angie's list. Be sure to also check there for reviews too.

I want to say that this place is fantastic! When I called they were able to get somebody to my house in a very timely manner, the next morning.
They were extremely helpful and Troy was able to identify and solve my problem with my sewer pump! He pretty much listed the symptoms I had been experiencing almost without looking. His advise was great and was able to point me in the right direction. Not only that but he is a great and friendly guy! In fact everybody I spoke to there when setting up the appointment to making my payment were great!

While the bill was a little more than I had expected, the scope of the work warranted it. Though, I would have liked to have had a more clear idea what the cost would be. That said, this didn't effect my feeling about the work or the company. They still get a five star A+ from me.

I had another company come out first and I kick myself for not calling Drain Away first. The other company pretty much came out only to have me pay a bill, not to fix my issue.

So bottom line, if I ever have a plumbing issue, I know who I am going to call!

I am so happy with Drain Away Rooter. Shannon #3. Did a fanstic job on my outdoor drain. Not only did they come on a Saturday to do it in the pouring rain but they actually refunded me half of what I had paid them because the problem was not as bad as first expected. Jake from Drain Away came today to check out my shower drain that wasn't draining and my kitchen sink trap that has been on and off leaking for the last year. Jake did a really great job. He gave me great advice so that I can go fix the kitchen sink myself since it is straight forward, snaked our drain out to 20 feet (sounds simple but it took a while and we do not have the industrial snake that Jake used),and gave me some really good advice on cleaning out all my drains myself to prevent future blockages. I will be definitely calling Jake at Drain Away again. While the amount they charge per hour seems very high, Jake got so much done in the time he was here that it did seem really fair in the end.

As a side note, he also came out 2 years ago to check out our sewer line that needed replacing per request by the city. Since they had the sewer line open on the street, we were on a tight schedule to get it done before the city closed up the hole in the street. But, Drain Away was totally booked and couldn't do it, Jake really helped us out by referring us to a company that was able to do the job for a fair price. All other companies I called wanted to charge more and were not able to squeeze us in. I think that company squeezed us in due to Jake's call. Anyways, my husband remembered that Jake took care of us and therefore we called Drain Away to do today's job.

Very fast service and very fair price. They were here within an hour of my call. My kitchen sink was not draining. The service tech figured out the problem and had my drain cleared in about 45 minutes. He even re-routed the pipe beneath my sink to make the next repair easier without charge. He also gave me a sink stopper because I didn't have one. This company was referred to me from a local professional plumber. Drain Away did the job for $159. Mr Rooter wanted $433 to do the same work. I'd recommend Drain Away to anyone.

Jake saved the day. With water throughout the basement and toilets unusable, we really needed someone to come out as soon as possible. Not only was Drain Away able to send someone, but Jake took his time to find the problem and show us exactly what was happening with our pipes. He's very knowledgeable and friendly, and he's not trying to upsell or pressure one into doing unnecessary repairs.

I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my drainage repair. Last night my toilet, shower, and basement drain started spewing sewage. Jake the tech was at my house only 2 hours after I called and had the thing fixed in minutes. He was very professional and informative. I will behaving then do more maintenance on my drains.

The scariest time for us was when we decided to upgrade the bathrooms... My husband was trying to have some work done by himself. But couldn't change the shower faucet.. It needed too much work and professional skills. He called Eugene, because he had a very positive experience with him on three!!! previous occasions: a master bedroom shower faucet replacement, a kitchen faucet replacement, and a laundry sink and faucet replacement... As always Gene showed on time, very professional, smiling and reassuring. He had the work done very very fast and efficient! We were so happy!! Thank you Gene!!

I called these guys on a Friday afternoon when the selling of our house depending on something being done ASAP. The buyers had required a sewer scope but it was discovered our house didn't have a sewer outlet and our toilets ""contained too many 90 degree turns to be scoped."" We called up these guys after everyone else was booked out for weeks. They came out on Saturday installed the outlet and scoped our line. The technician we had was very good and their prices were fair.
