Had a weird problem with the plumbing causing overflows in the bathtub, toilet, and water in the basement. My regular plumber thought it was the sewer line and sent me to the experts at Drain Away Rooter. Jake came out the next morning, arrived right on time, I explained all the weird stuff going on with the plumbing and within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem - blocked sewer line. He was very upfront about the costs I would incur and what I really appreciated is he didn't waste time and money chit-chatting with me, he got after it immediately. After scoping the line he found the block was out in the street which belongs to the city, so he called them immediately and waited for them to arrive then helped me explain to them what had happened and what the resulting damage was. Affordable (by plumber standards), helpful and fast, if I have anymore drain problems I will definitely call these guys!

Jake did unplug our 2 plugged toilets but at a cost of $469.30. Well, it turns out that one of the toilets was only using about 1 gallon of water with each flush. The Elger toilet had a plastic bucket in the water tank which limited the flow of water. So.... through no fault of Jake's, the 2 toilets stopped up again.
Roto Rooter of Wilsonville just cleared the stoppage for $250.00. Jake's bill was $216.30 higher. That's a lot of money to a 71 year old retiree (and his wife).

I had water coming up from both my kitchen sink and shower. I called Drain Away Rooter and made an appointment which was later in the day but the same day which was o.k. with me. I got a call about an hour later asking if the tech could come sooner, I of course told them yes...no problem and was told it would be about noon. I got another call a few minutes later asking if a tech could come by now since he'd completed a job early...yes please. Matt came to my house, he was very courteous and knowledgeable and went straight to work after we went over the pricing. Matt cleared the clog, and saw that there were some other issues with the plumbing and took care of those too. Matt did a lot of work and did his best to keep the costs down...less than what I'd anticipated. Money well spent. I would highly recommend Drain Away to anyone needing a plumber.

I truly can't say enough about their technician Troy Leighton. I had another company come out and attempt to find out what was wrong with my system, after 7 hours at my house and at 11:30 at night they left me high and dry. I then spoke with them again the next day and they were going to excavate my yard and cost my thousands of dollars. I spoke with Drain Away Rooter and they sent Troy out to my house, within 45 minutes he figured out what the problem was, had a solution and had my house back in order. Troy was nothing shy of amazing. He helped me put my toilet back on as the previous company left it off and he replaced the guts of my toilet as well. He was a HUGE help and deserves 10/5 stars. Thank you again Troy and Drain Away Rooter team for the GREAT service.

I truly can't say enough about their technician Troy! He helped me tremendously. I had another company ""rescue rooter"" out to my house for almost 7 hours and they tried to charge me thousands of dollars. Troy came out and accomplished more than the other company in 15 mins. Troy was nothing shy of amazing! If I ever have an issue again, I will wait until Troy is available. He knows his stuff and helped me far beyond his call of duty. Troy I truly appreciate you! Both bathrooms were out, and they got here quickly without a surcharge. Jake worked with us to minimize the cost (e.g. having us go under crawl space to find where line ran). This was to locate the cleanout that was hidden in a sealed hole in the garage. He was friendly, good with the pets, and most importantly understood the plumbing and fixed it. Since nothing came back, he ran the camera. He showed us what we can do for next steps with the line out to the street and helped us prep for that next (but not immediate) step.

This is the 2nd time I've used Drain Away Rooter with great disappointment. The first time I was told we had leaks under our manufactured home and would have to remove all of the insulation to repair them... we did not have a leak anywhere. The second time I called and explained the problem I was told the problem would be diagnosed and fixed (if possible). The service person had no idea how he would diagnose or fix the problem, but could run a camera for an additional fee. If you have a plumbing problem, may I suggest you find someone else to help.

These guys came out super fast and cleared our drain quickly. When they ran into problems, referred us to someone who could come same day to do some repairs. Even offered a Senior Discount without me having to ask.

Aaaaaammazing work from really nice people. Andrew came out to a really hard problem. He diagnosed it one issue at a time, spent 4 hours working tirelessly. Responsive, helpful, explained the issue, all around amazing plumber. Btw the dispatchers worked to accommodate our crazy schedules. The next day Troy came by to finish up some issues with the pump. Again amazing work. Helpful, showed me how to save some money and had everything back up and running in less time then I thought. If you got some issues that seem especially tough, call these guys!
