I have used this company for many issues in my home. The people who flipped this house cut so many costs, That for three years I'm still trying to correct the issues. I have used Drainaway Plumbing now three or four times and each time they exceed my expectations and go the extra mile to ensure I am taken care of!

I have and will still continue to refer Drainaway plumbing!

Very pleased with the service we received today. We had a leaking hot
water heater that needed to be replaced. Very hard working and friendly guys! While they were here they also fixed a toilet and shower head. We would highly recommend Drain Away Plumbing. Also, they charged a fair price.

I was referred by Steve Alder Plumbing located in Lynnwood WA. I contacted Drain Away Plumbing online and made an appointment, it was easy, it was smooth, no problem. Then someone from the company called me to follow up, so I felt very good in the very beginning. A guy named Big C from the company came out, he looked at the problem, inspected the problem, Big C fixed the problem. He knew what he was talking about, he was experienced, he was very nice, Mr Big C was very professional and smooth. The problem was that the faucet would run the same time the shower was on, in the end my wife was very happy and I got a big kiss in the end, what more can I tell you? Update: I just wanted to add that Big C is behind the scenes, he is the person that sends out the receipts in an email. The person who came to fix the faucet/shower issue goes by Sexy Wyatt. I have used these guys twice, both with great results. The first time I called 13 different plumbers and services. One of the plumbing services actually recommended Drain Away Plumbing for the job I needed because ""they were good and fair priced"". I must say I agree. I had my pipes backing up in some very bad ways and they quickly fixed it. They showed up on time, did a great job, charged me a fair price (which they quoted me in advance) and were all around polite, good people. That was 2 years ago. Recently, I needed them again and I had a repeat experience. My problem was a larger this time and actually required a follow-up visit with some additional equipment to completely resolve my issue. They were quick to schedule at my convenience (I had a busy schedule with little flexibility and they accommodated me.) They even gave me a very fair price since it took two visits to complete. Two thumbs up!

Wow. Apparently this company has enough business to be completely unresponsive. I put in a call and it was received by an answering service. They made an appointment for the afternoon between the hours of 2-5. I called at noon to just to confirm the appointment and the answering service lady said someone would call be back and said promptly added ""Thank You for choosing Drain Away!"". No one called back. No one showed up between 2-5. I made several phone calls inquiring about the alleged appointment each ending with ""Thank you for choosing Drain away"". I still haven't received a response. Any response. (Blink.. Blink) Even the sound of crickets chirping left on my voice mail would be enough for me to get it. I can only assume that they are swimming in piles of money as the phone calls and messages pile up.

I contacted Drain Away Plumbing multiple times and never received a call back from either the plumber assigned to me by their answering service or by the answering service to provide an update.

At this point I decided to e-mail them and below is a copy of the e-mail that I sent.

On Thursday February 4th I put in a phone request (253-941-7920) to have a plumber from your company come to my house. As it is nothing more than a slow water leak under my sink and a clogged drain I stated that this was a low priority. I was not informed when I would receive a call and waited one week to be put on a schedule.

I contacted your company a second time on Thursday February 11th to schedule a time for a plumber to show up. I was provided the choice of a morning or afternoon appointment on Monday February 15h. I chose to have it a morning appointment and was informed that I would be contacted.

At 10:00am I contacted the number above a third time and was informed that a message was sent out to multiple parties that I was to be contacted and have a plumber show up.

Having heard nothing I once again contacted the number above, they confirmed that the message was sent, however they have no method to know that it was received on your end for dispatch.

So far every expectation that I have had regarding a plumber coming to my house from your company has not been met. By definition your company has failed to meet expectations.

I now, perhaps unjustly, expect that I will have a plumber here by 2:30pm today, which is now ten days after my first call, four days after my second call, five hours after and my third call, and two and a half hours after my fourth and final call.

If you are unable to provide service in this time window please provide a detailed response to the following questions.

1) What failed in the process?

2) What steps are you going to take to fix the process?

Drain Away Plumbing was the third company I called about my hot water issue... I am so glad they were recommended to me. Very impressed with Cory; he knew what he was talking about and did not make me feel stupid. I will continue my business with this company, and will recommend them in the future!

It's so wonderful to find a quality company these days, Drain Away is one of those companies. Corey showed up exactly in the time frame promised. He replaced a leaking compression fitting in probably 15 minutes. He then gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace an outdoor frost free faucet. He clearly explained the options and how the repair will be done. Drain Away is my new plumber and will definitely get our repeat business. Stop calling other plumbing companies & call Drain Away!

I vowed to try and use these guys, way back in 2010 when they helped me out with a situation in an unfamiliar new house.
I'm glad that I did. My wife and I had selected a new sink and faucet and set about finding a plumber to install it. These guys were very accommodating from the start; stopping by to see the job and providing a reasonable estimate. They did need to reschedule the job from the original date due being down a tech that day. But on the day of the job the tech was on time, polite and kept the work area tidy. He kept me informed about any pending noise or disruption to my routine. At the end, I could tell that the job was more difficult and went longer than expected, but they stuck with the estimate. We now have a beautiful new kitchen sink and faucet and Drain Away Plumbing has earned my future business and my strong recommendation to others.
