Great service from Drain Away Plumbing. Everyone was exceptionally nice on the phone. The plumber (Dave) promptly called me back and was able to come out to our house the same day (a Friday afternoon). He fixed the issue in less than one hour and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of a plumber!

I scheduled an appointment between 1030am and 12pm. I never received a call. I called past 12pm to ask why I was not contacted and never received a call back. You would think this would be a priority since they missed my appointment. This is horrible service and now I have to scramble to get a plumber. This is inconsiderate of people's time.

Had a leaky faucet outside. Aaron came over and gave me some options, he fixed the leak at a timely manner and came over on schedule. The price was very reasonable. I would definetly use them again

Hired them to install a new kitchen faucet. In terms of quality work and professionalism on-site, I'd give them 5 stars. They had the faucet installed and working in a little more than 30 minutes. My complaint is the service cost $244 after taxes and none of that was for materials because I purchased the faucet. I'm used to $90 for the service call, plus somewhere around $45 per hour, thinking I'd owe about $150 after tax. I used this company based on the sparkling Yelp reviews. I don't hold the on-site plumber at fault, I hold the business decision maker at fault, and I emailed them to ask for an explanation of charges because I felt they were too high. I was told they would look into and contact me, and 4 days later, no contact. Quality work was done, but pricing, and follow through was terrible.

When I read the review by Lacey S. I knew I had to call this plumber - she had the same issue I did. Since I was unable to turn the faucet off, I was glad they were able to come out the same day. They were dressed professionally, had all the necessary supplies/parts with them, arrived on time and quickly resolved the problem.

I highly recommended them and will definitely use this company in the future!

These guys deserve repeat business. I had a water pipe burst in my garage leading to external spigot back in December. It's now March, and I had a few days off to get it taken care of. So I started calling some of the plumbers I previously bookmarked on Yelp, some that were specifically praised for burst pipe repair.

Several plumbers I called prior to Drainaway were abrupt, and I had to lead the phone call questions to get them to ask ME what they needed. Most seemed disinterested in taking the job. One asked me to text him instead of calling! WTF?!? He responded three days later while this job was already started by Drainaway. Are these businesses not interested in gaining business?

But the morning of appointment, Aaron called enroute to let me know he was running late. That I could understand. From start at 945 to 1045, it took approximately 1 hour to cut out sheetrock and replace one section of CPVC pipe. He pointed out the hairline crack. Replaced some tubing, and turned on main water line only to see if still spraying water further up the line. He ended up replacing the new section with an even longer section. After installing the outdoor spigot and making sure no leaks were there, he went above and beyond to make sure the pipe was properly insulated between the plywood and sheetrock.

The price was within my estimate. No bogus callout charges were placed on the bill to pad the cost.

Fantastic!

I called in with a non-emergency on Saturday and they were backed up, so they sent someone out today (Monday). They arrived a bit ahead of schedule, which was great since I was taking care of it on my lunch break.

Aaron was able to give me some great advice on my dishwasher plumbing (we have a pipe run poorly) and was able to diagnose and fix the issue promptly.

The service was outstanding, quick, and at a great value. I can't recommend them enough! And in the future I will gladly be calling them back.

I think all plumbing companies could learn a thing or two from this company... Good customer service, respect is given at all times, the work is clean, expectations and costs are set up front before the work starts. The quality is good and was affordable... Job well done... I would highly recommend this company to others...

I had a plugged sink drain today. I tried Drano & then plunging. Nothing worked. I called Drain Away Plumbing after reading the Yelp reviews. I called them and one of their plumbers was able to make it out same day. I liked that they did not have an additional charge just to send someone out and they charge by the job and not by hour. Their plumber arrived and he was friendly and very professional. He assessed the situation and explained what he was going to do. He was able to quickly clear the blockage and now the sink drains better than when we moved in. I would call them again for my plumbing needs and highly recommend them!
