My run-off drain was backing up this past rain and Drain Assist came out and was able to clear a buckets worth of rocks and silt out of it. It's flowing great now.

I have a regular problem with tree roots in my main sewer line (on my property). Most plumbers show up, snake the drain, take the check and run to the next job as fast as they can.

Triue showed up with only a few hours notice, had me run some simple tests to verify that the problem wasn't inside the house footprint, then cleared out the line and ran a camera for me to pinpoint the *exact* intrusion point in my flimsy PVC sewer line. He did this in just over an hour, and showed me the footage and distance indicators so that we knew precisely where the break in the line is. (Unfortunately, it's under my driveway).

Great response time, great service, extremely polite and complete. I'd use these folks again without question.

Both my toilet and shower drain got clogged, I tried every solution by myself, neither worked. Then I texted to Trieu at Sunday night, he responded to me immediately and came to my place the next day around noon. He checked the pipes and fiexed my issue within an hour! And His charge is sooooo reasonable! Thanks to Trieu, he saved my world!

Trieu was extremely professional, transparent, and helpful when I needed to get roots cleared out of my old pipes. Literally, this is who other plumbers call when they need an assist. After another plumber was hesitant to clear my root intrusion bc of my old pipes, he recommended Trieu bc of the specialized equipment Trieu has that could clear my root damage with less risk to damaging my old, iron pipes. Trieu came out and had the roots cleared quickly but spent an extra hour at least running his camera through my pipes and removing any other debris he found. I'd look no further if you're dealing with old piping that needs extra care.

Great, professional experience from start to finish! Really bad plumbing issue, where sewage was coming up in both bathtubs. Really love the yelp feature where you can bid out the project to few folks. From the get go Trieu was highly responsive at 930pm last night, and transparent with the estimate and assessment. Trieu tried to fix the issue by snaking the line, but found tree roots, thus we had to got the hydro-blast route. All the while he provided photos and communicated proactively on the process. All in all great experience and highly recommend Trieu/Drain Assist.

We had a Toto toilet installation issue and Trieu came to our house to help fix the problem. He was very careful and experienced with his job. On the following day, we had water leaking issue inside the tank. Even though it's not Trieu's responsibility, he still came to our house immediately to identify and fix the problem for us. I just had to write another review for Trieu's work done at my parent's place on new years eve. Not sure why sewage problems always happen to me near the holidays this year, but the last time Trieu came out for my place was only the day before Thanksgiving (see my previous review).

My parents place is very old (1907) and the plumbing was original and weird due to additions. My dad tried to snake it himself and finally declared defeat around 3pm. I called Trieu and was so happy he had time that day to come take a look. His estimate was 2 hours, but he was over in 1. I met him at my parents' place just in case of a language barrier. Trieu ended up hydro jetting from the roof vent and after the clog was cleared, sent a cam down to see what the problem was, all with my dad on the roof with him, explaining everything patiently to my dad who speaks minimal english.

Trieu is very curious and wanted to get down to the root of the problem. He was not satisfied with the cam images showing a dip in one of the sections. He used his detector to figure out where the pipes were, went down to the crawlspace (with my dad) to locate more of the old house's strange piping. While he was down there, they found a cracked pipe that was leaking and provided the tools for my dad to fix it at no extra charge.

All in all, Trieu went over and beyond for the service that he charged us for, which was just for hydro-jetting. I have been telling my friends about him and would not hesitate to call him again in the future.

Excellent service and highly, highly recommended. Our kitchen sink got clogged severely to the point that we could not resolve it on our own. Not only did Trieu come and swiftly fix the drain, he also did it so neatly. Unlike my other experiences with these drain assists, the place looked better than before Trieu arrived! We will be sure to keep his contact saved in our phone for further inevitable drain issues.
