If there have 10 stars, I will give him 10 here. He came and spend over 30mins to check where my ceiling was leaking on the 1st floor from the 2nd floor.

Excepting to cut a few holes to check where is leaking place on the ceiling on the 1st floor, he has a better suggestion to fix the toilets waxing instant. And then wait for a few days to see if it is continuing leaking water on the ceiling.

However, for the safe side, I hope he could cut the ceiling and check whether have any mold inside of the ceiling where the leaking water place is located on top of the pendant light. and whether the pendant light's electrical wire is ruined or not which may cause a fire.

His quote is very cost-effective.

I have needed a drain cleaning every year since I moved into my place in 2005. I just assumed the pipes were old and needed periodic cleaning, so I wrote it off as routine maintenance.

This time was different Though, and I didn't even see it coming. I called Drain Assist and he came out within a few hours on a holiday. He had the latest power flush system and digital camera with locator beacon.

In no time, he had the back up drained. He then proceeded to sho me why I was having ongoing problem. Turns out having your drain clog annually is not the norm.

He showed my were my old clay pipe had failed and was mis-aligned on the camera. He then pinpointed where the problem was on my property. He continued with this process showing me that I had an old original clean out near my front sidewalk and pinpointed the exact location. I had no idea there was one there, as it had been covered with dirt the whole time. He further showed me another broken spot in the old clay pipe that was on the cities side of that old clean out. It was draped with a mat of roots, which he blasted clear.

Armed with this knowledge, I can pursue repairs now, because I was shown where my trouble spots are and I know how to remedy them.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I sure would. Highly recommend and worth every penny!

Trieu is awesome and gave me a 100% satisfying service. I had a clogged main pipe and water backing up from all shower drains. He responded me on Yelp within 20 min after I posted and request, and showed up in my house in 3 hr. He did a careful inspection on all drains at home and immediately figured out where the issue was and what the possible solutions are. He explained well on each solution and the procedures before he started the work. He also carefully sealed all toilet with plastic wrap in case water may splash out. It took him about 10-15 min to unclog the main pipe from the cleanout in the front yard. Then he also unclogged two sink drains for me for free and gave me some tools and showed me how to clean this drain by myself next time. Before he left, he offered me 30 days warranty of this work. I have to say this was a very pleasant experience with Trieu and I definitely would recommend him to everyone!
