I am very happy to write this review for Drain & Sewer Pro. Tony was highly recommended by an associate and I decided to contact him for a detailed quote. I called him and explained what I needed. The very next morning, he came to my house to survey the scope of work and to provide me with a quote. Not only was his quote reasonable, but I felt comfortable with his approach for the work that needed to be completed. We agreed on a price and the work began the next day. On the morning of the work, he and his crew showed up on time and they each introduced themselves. During the entire time, they were courteous and professional. I was impressed that I was kept informed as to the progress of the work. Not only did they complete the job correctly, but Tony and his crew finished a day ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

This is the third time we hired DRAIN & SEWER PRO and we can't be more than happy with their work! two days ago we had a water pipe burst in our business, call them up and Tony and his crew showed up right away and took care of the pipe problem in a few hours! They are extremely knowledgeable and professional at their trade polite and very respectful. Their prices are so reasonable for the quality of the work they do. Very clean and professional work!

I highly recommend!! My shower and toilet were both out of order and I called so many places that refused to quote me even a ballpark figure of how much it would be to repair without coming out....not to mention I was going to have to wait a day for them to come out. Drain and Sewer gave me a quote over the phone and cake out and has everything fixed in less than an hour. The technician was very professional and friendly which is a major plus!

Tony and his crew were absolute legends. They efficiently and professionally pulled off a complete sewer replacement at our new home. Tony was hard working, honest and a fun guy to deal with. These guys are just awesome! Just purchased a townhouse in Redondo Beach and had a nasty sump pump pit with poorly working pumps - looks like it wasn't maintained for the past 10 years since the property was developed. Tony and his son cleaned out the pit, pulled out the existing pumps, installed the new pumps and brought his electrician to supply power to the new pumps - one stop shop and a job well done. Tony and team were friendly and courteous, and came that day that we called them. He made my neighbor and family at ease with the work. The price was right too. If we need to, we will definitely use them again!

I would definitely do business with Drain and Sewer in the future. The company is unlicensed which means if I am satisfied with his work, I do not have to pay and there's nothing he can do about it. Should he decide to take me to Court the Judge will tell him to get out of his court room and to come back when he has a proper license. Let's say I paid his company for their good work - I could take him to Court and recover every single penny I gave him, and there's nothing he can do to prevent it from happening! That's the consequence of being an unlicensed contractor. I only hire unlicensed contractors and it's saved me thousands of dollars. Give this man a call and follow my advice.

Beware folks! This company is shady they came out to our business to fix the sewer and left with our money and never fixed it! Reported it and apparently this isn't the first time they have done this.

Tony and his son - Francisco was great. I was facing two sewer problems: clogged main sewer line and some removed my U shape
sewer connector (my sewer line to the city sewer line). First I called a big
name plumber (Sal's Plumbing). Sal's plumber was able to hyro jet the main line but wanted to charge me $1,800.00 $2,200.00 to dig up my
line and to re pipe the connection? I asked if he could just find an U shape 4"" PVC to fix the problem. Sal's plumber insisted that the only solution was to dig up the entire connection. I told them that I needed a second opinion. I called Tony at Drain and Sewer Pro. Long story short - Tony and his son was able to custom make the missing part for an fraction of Sal's quote. It them 15 minute to fix it. Call Tony - you will be glad you did.

All I can say is WOW!! I left a message with Tony, and in five minutes he returned my call! I told him I needed to have my water heater checked out since we didn't have any hot water. He sent out his tech, Francisco, take a look. It wasn't an easy fix, so I decided to have it replaced. While Francisco started to break down the old water heater, Tony was on his way to pick up a new one! Two techs working at one time, to save me time! Tony dropped the new water heater off and Francisco got to work. He was done installing it in about an hour and half! When I called Tony, he called me back. If I texted Tony, he texted back. Everytime I needed to ask something, I always got an answer. I can't say enough good things about Drain and Sewer Pro. Don't waste your time calling anybody else! You need to call Drain and Sewer Pro for all your plumbing needs.
