He had everything cleaned out and running in no time, and at a very reasonable price. He showed up on time, was extremely nice and kind, and explained in detail what happened. David came to my house to perform a mainline cleanout. We have lived in this house for 11 years and almost every year have had to perform a cleanout from tree roots getting into the clay pipes. David took his time, made sure to keep me educated on what he was doing, and even tried to fix issues the ""free"" way before adding additional charges. I have never had any plumber actually take the time to go over the system with me. It was quite educational! I think I have found myself a new plumber.
