Our family hired the folks at drain away to help fix a sink clog in our kitchen sink. They were a little slow to help us out, taking a few hours to do a job that only should have taken a little more than an hour. Fine. I can live with that little frustration. But 6 months later, our kitchen is just as clogged as before. We spent over $300, and when we try to hire them again, they repeatedly could not keep an appointment with us, and a the third phone call, told us that we were the ones with problems and yelled at us that we werr annoying. If you can't do your job and can't keep an appointment with a former customer, you shouldn't be in business.

Called this establishment to have someone unclog the drain. The tech came out later in the day, the very first thing and the only thing pretty much that came out of his mouth on arrival was the cost and my obligation paying overtime fees (first for me). The job wasn't completed, he told me that someone from the office would contact me and said that he will give me a discount charge and avoid me paying overtime. Cost was $300 for 30 minutes of absolutely nothing and the office never got back to me. It would be too time consuming to file a claim but buyer beware when hiring this company.
