Our old A/C died after 20 years of use and was in place before we moved into our home so it had been used for a good long time. After some bids, discussions, review of Service plans we decided to go with Comfort Pros. So glad we did! From Austin-who came right out and met me on my lunch to see what we were dealing with- he had 10 minutes tops to get the info he needed to quote the job, he answered all of my questions. Worked with Chris next to finalize it and get the job started. Best of all- was having Sal as our technician- he was amazing! On time very detailed, prepared, clean, hard worker left no mess behind, informative. Please give Sal a bonus! We want him for all our future service calls. Thanks again for such a great experience.

This company exceeded my expectations. We scheduled for routine maintenance going into the summer so it was not a rush but he did say when making the appointment that he would try to squeeze us in if it was an emergency. That consideration is simple, but goes so far and is virtually unheard of.

He was ahead of schedule, friendly, knowledgeable, and paid attention to details. I will absolutely use this company in the future.

I called at 12:15 on a Saturday when it had reached over 80 degrees in my house. Chris said he could be at my house in a half hour! He was the only person that could come out today and I am so thankful for him!!! Within 5 minutes he figured out the problem and is getting everything fixed! I am so thankful for Chris and so appreciative of him coming out so quickly and being so thorough.
