Turned a potential problem into a quick and efficient solution after we noticed a leak in our water heater. Debbie answered all of my many questions about the process and Lenny came the same day to cap the heater. A few days later (due to the July 4th holiday and supplier being closed) the heater was replaced. Everyrhing that they said would happen did. I found a plumber for future services for sure.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR BEING THE BEST!!! We re-did our bathroom last year & the toilet has been a significant issue as it would leak & 2 different plumbers were unable to resolve. Upon some local recommendations, we called Dragonetti on a Friday late afternoon & they were here Monday morning at 7:30. Upon entering my home, them put covers over their shoes. The politely introduced themselves & went right to work. We had originally installed & uninstalled this toilet at least 4 times this year. The Dragonetti team identified the problem immediately & repaired it. They were so cautious with the marble tile. I was very impressed with the workmanship & care. Rates were very fair & we received a follow up call 2 days later to make sure all is well. I am thrilled to have them as my permanent plumber & have already sent a few people their way!

I highly recommend Dragonetti Plumbing and Heating. They just replaced all the pipes in my house. Their work was incredibly. They made very few holes in my walls, considering the amount of work that needed to be done. They cleaned up very well when they were done.

When you call the office, they answer all your questions and explain exactly what will be done, how long it will take and estimate how much it will cost. They will go over all your options to make sure the job gets done the way you want it.

I'll be calling them in the fall to inspect my boiler and make sure I'm ready for winter.

I've used Dragonetti Plumbing for around 15 years and have received excellent service at a competitive price for the entire time. In the few instances where he was not available and I had to call someone else, it's almost always been a negative experience. They are only interested in pumping up your bill and the work is frequently shoddy. Save yourself the trouble and go with Dragonetti. He's a pro.
