In 1977, Claude joined Drabek & Hill after completing his Psychology degree at the University of Oklahoma, working closely with his father. With almost four decades of experience, Claude has established himself as an expert in HVAC and Plumbing. While serving as President of Drabek & Hill, Claude also dedicates time to community initiatives, including Rebuilding Together OKC, Downtown Rotary, and the Better Business Bureau. He lives in NW OKC with his wife, with whom he has shared over 30 years of marriage.

They reach out and informed me they could assist me with my project, but I had already committed ti another company for this project
I am the primary caretaker of my 94 year old mother, I recently broke my shoulder and am pretty limited to what I can do. Our water froze and a pipe burst. The house was flooded. I called every plumber that did emergency work. I explained the situation. Everyone told me that it would be a week or more before they could do anything. I called Claude Drabek and told him the situation. He told me he would have his guys out the next morning. This is why Drabek & Hill leads the industry in service. Thanks again.....you are THE BEST.
Tom A.Very disappointed. Told them when I called what was wrong. Tech showed up and was to lazy to work on the problem. Still charged me the $149.00 service call. Call to complain and the lady blew me off. Fixed the problem my self in thirty minutes with $4.00 in parts from Lowe's.
THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! EVER!! I called them out to fix our air conditioning that was no longer blowing cold air. Jeffrey(the technician) came out to diagnose the problem. His prognosis was that our whole outside unit was shot ,compressor was bad , and parts on it would not be able to be replaced because the unit is de-commissioned and parts are no longer available for this unit. I was desperate to get it fixed due to having my elderly mother in a hot house and not wanting my spouse (who was recently admitted into the hospital) stressing over trying to figure out getting it fixed that I went ahead and scheduled a same day appointment for the ""sales"" guy to come out and give me a quote on replacing the unit. The sales guy showed up a couple hours later and quoted me $6800 ( that was including a discount of $350). While waiting for my husband to call me back and give me the go ahead, I spoke to a friend who recommended to get a second opinion and offered to send out his AC guy. His AC guy showed up in 15 min, and had our air working in 20min. He magically had parts for our unit ON HAND( ya know the unit Jeffrey told us we wouldn't be able to get parts for) and then they charged the Freon. BOOM FIXED, and it wasn't even the compressor.. it was the starter capacitor that starts the compressor. Ohhh and btw... that $6800 new unit we were told we needed to replace was a $350 fix and took 20 MIN!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After all was said and done, my husband called Jeffrey back to find out why he was going to charge us $6800 for something that ended up costing us $350, and all he could say was.. ""sorry I misdiagnosed it"" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are either ripping people off or not hiring trained HONEST techs!!! Such a joke!!! They ALMOST HAD ME.. for $6800 that I don't even have!!!!
Jay J.This is another company I've called today who advertise 24/7 emergency service but then say they have no plumber. I don't mind being closed or only doing certain services, but don't advertise emergency service then. I have no water, that is an emergency.
Brittani E.I used D&H this past weekend when I woke up to a frigid house. I attempted my own troubleshooting on my furnace but lets be honest, I don't know what I'm doing the majority of the time. I called D&H, purely because they were one of the few open on Sunday's with a decent rating. Anyway, a lovely tech named Huran came by within a few hours time. It ended up being a relatively easy fix but Huran took the time to do some other maintenance checks to make sure I got my service fee worth. He also showed me how to troubleshoot the fix in the future, which was a hidden reset button I didn't know existed on my beast of a furnace. All in all, for an unforeseen expense, it was relatively painless and educational.
Bryce H.I used D&H a few years ago for a service call and thought they did a great job. So, there was really no question on who I was going to call when my Gas Valve went out. I thought I could trust these people to be fair.
The service guy, Hulon, was rude. I was also a bit surprised at what they charged me for a gas valve. I called a few other HVAC companies in the area and did some research online and found out that D&H charged me about 400% more than what others were charging for the same gas valve. This was for the EXACT Same part... same make and model number.
I did have a meeting with the service manager to give them a chance to restore the confidence I previously had with the company, and he did apologize for the service tech. However, he couldn't give me a good reason for the excessive markup of the gas valve and seemed like he just wanted to argue to defend their overpriced service call.
I'm not as concerned about the money as I am about the feeling of being ripped off. Go somewhere else if you want a fair price.
I received a very nice apology letter from the owner today in response to the billing error. I appreciate their willingness to make things right and will most likely use them again in the future.

We have used them before and when we came home Friday the house was warm and stuffy. We called Saturday morning and a service tech was there by 10:40. He assessed the situation, make the necessary repairs and did not try to do far more than needed to be done. It is always reassuring to know you are dealing with an honest serviceperson. We were up and cooling within the hour. Jeff was neat, clean and did a great job. We highly recommend this company for any of your heat and air needs.

Both times Hulan has come, it has been within 15 minutes of placing the call to Drabek & Hill. Both times, Hulan has gotten us up and running in minimal time and with a thorough explanation.
