When this buisness says 24 hours they mean it . we had an emergency and we were stuck and we called them on a saturday night and their tech nate came out and helped us and helped us reasonably . He was such a blessing . From now on they will get all of our plumbing business in my home and outside my home I cannot say enough nice things about this company . Please call them first . We called several others and they dont come through on 24 hours , It is a shame that some businesses lie when they advertise 24 hours . These are honest folks at dr rooter and for that reason they will receive any future plumbing jobs I have and I will recomend them to my church , my friends and any other neighbor who needs help. Thank you Dr. Rooter for helping us .

Had a great experience with these guys on 2 occasions. Theyy repaired a main drain line leak for me and replaced my hot water heater. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and were VERY reasonably priced! I rent my home out, and live in Raleigh. Happy to have these reliable plumbers in Columbia!
