Our water heater was replaced by Dr. Rooter on Wednesday, January 18 (yesterday).in our West Palm Beach, Florida home. excellent, fast, courteous service. superbly trained plumbers professionally did their job of replacing our water heater with great skill. We highly recommend both the plumbing company and their excellent technicians and the 2 plumbers that did our job were truly outstanding.

If I could review with negative stars, I would. This plumber was hired as a contractor to complete the installation of a septic system at a stable. The project took months longer to complete than expected and he was limited in his communication. Now that is time for the septic drainfield to be inspected by the Department of health, the plumbing company needs to call the DOH, it cannot be the homeowner directly. The DOH attempted to inspect the work on 10/30/2017 but were unable to do so due to standing water (no fault of plumber). It has now been A MONTH since that attempted inspection and the plumber has not even followed up with the DOH to request a follow up. I MYSELF contacted the DOH to confirm this and they have no record of the plumber contacting them. I'm disgusted with the total lack of care and work ethic from this Dr. Rooter. He was paid a lot of money to do this job and then when confronted about his lack of communication was extremely rude to me.

Job well done. My technician Michael was very professional, clean, neat and tidy. Once the job was complete, there was no mess or trash. He cleaned the entire work area. There was nothing left for me to do. He installed my bathroom tub faucets and replaced with new pipes. Thank you for such quick response time. I am very pleased. I will definitely use this company again. Very humble young man. I would highly recommend.
