I find myself fortunate to have found this-honest, reliable, professional, and thorough company. I needed them for a clogged kitchen sink. The auger was not enough this time and I needed the hydro jet. They had to install a trap through the wall behind the sink and even patched and restuccoed. I have an older Clairemont home and I see a lot of neighbors dealing with the house pipe/sewer to main failures. So I am glad I have an honest go to plumber. I highly recommend them. I already have them lined up to fix a water pressure issue.

Jerry answered the call himself while in his other job. Asked me to text him and he would get back when he could. And later he called and was ready to stop by.

Jerry showed up after a long day at another job to check on my mom's problem. He got right into it checked things out and tried something. Next thing we know he had the problem in process of resolving.

He was friendly, great to talk to , and affordable reasonable pricing.

Excellent service and nice to support a locally owned and run small business.

Jerry and his team at Dr. Rooter & Plumbing Inc came through for us again! Initially, we had a huge problem with plumbing that had backed up really early one morning- he and his side kick, Johnny, did an excellent job and fixed that problem the same day we called. The very next day, our hot water tank decided to break down so Jerry and his team came to the rescue again a few days later! He, Johnny, and Adan, replaced our outdated hot water tank with a tankless water heater which we love! It's awesome! (can't believe it took us so long to modernize and go tankless). Keep up the great work.

I called for an issue with a badly leaking pipe from our water heater tank. Gerry requested pictures to be sent to him to further assess. I only waited roughly for 30 minutes and he sent Val and fixed it. It was a clean and quick work. Gerry then stopped by to reassess everything and gave recommendations. He charged reasonably. Great customer service! I would highly recommend these guys.

Jerry answered my call and text right away. I had a small leak behind my drywall behind the toilet. I wanted to get it fixed right away before molding started. Adan came the next morning and gave me a reasonable price to take out the toilet, secure and fix the pipe, and reinstall the drywall. One of my main concerns was having the drywall patched as some plumbers I called did not fix drywall and I wanted everything done at once without hiring another company or going out and doing it myself. They did everything for a competitive price. Jerry stopped by halfway through to even check on Adan's work. Jerry offered other services as I mentioned my house was fairly old. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using their services in the future.

I needed my water heater replaced and it only took a phone call and within the next hour the guys are in work getting my old broken water heater removed and new one installed.
