25 stars... Jerry and his 4 crew members each get 5 stars! They were that awesome! Fairness, trust, hard work, and a quality finished product are what I value and what I got from Dr Rooter. Needed a hydro-flush on a Saturday and called Jerry at 3:00 pm. He came out at 5:30, in the rain, and did it at a very fair price. Then, after showing me the camera image of some remaining cast-iron pipes, he and his crew came out that Monday and replaced the pipes from under the house and installed a new water heater. Would highly recommend to family, friends, and anyone who reads this!

6 STARS! Jerry and crew were amazing, so professional and personable. We had a backup in our main sewer line yesterday and they came to the rescue. To start, his response time was immediate. His explanation of services and his quote for the work were very clear. They showed up on time, completed the work as was explained during our phone conversation and finished the job in no time. It's hard to find a service provider of any kind that you can trust and that comes through with the promised work and that goes above and beyond your expectations. I'm not looking forward to my next plumbing issue, but knowing that I have a ""guy"" that I can trust to fix any issue makes all the difference. Dr Rooter was very quick to respond. They were very professional, quick, and efficient. They unclogged my kitchen sink and replaced the sink's strainer basket quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them next time I need plumbing help!

Our sewer line broke and sewage was backing up into our downstairs shower. Jerry took my call on a Sunday evening and arranged to come out the next day at 7am. He and his crew were very professional and definitely had the expertise to resolve the issue. They found the break under our driveway, dug through and found that tree roots had broken through the pipe as well as crushed another section of pipe. They cut the roots, replaced the pipe, compacted the dirt and poured concrete by Tuesday afternoon, just two days, all at a very competitive price. The quality of their work and their attention to detail is very impressive.
