Call this company first! Excellent service, fair prices, and very honest. They helped fix a job that another company-Route 66- botched. I will only use DR Potts from now on. I wish I would have searched Yelp, first. Mr. Potts was incredibly professional, and he even was able to fit me in on short notice (the next day after I called him at 5PM the day before).

Realtor goes from frustrated sleepless nights to happy and thankful for DR Potts Plumbing. The before photo is what happens when a general handyman says he can hook up a new double sink vanity to existing plumbing system. Turned out the oridginal plumbing system was inadequate, therefore requirining a complete in wall retrofit to accommodate the dual sink vanity. Also it was discovered there was no sewer vent pipe within the original system. Taken shortcuts and using a handyman to do what should be done by master plumber like DR Potts Plumbing gave me big and costly headaches. Got plubming issue big or small call DR Potts Plumbing. The owner Danny Potts came out quick to check out the problem. Scheduled the work for the following day. He showed up on time, brought all of the parts and supplies with him and completed the job by mid day ~

Danny Potts, the owner, was punctual and professional. He arrived a bit earlier to the appointment to assess the job and make sure to buy the correct parts. He came back after a short while with the parts that he replaced. Basically he dug to remove the old box encasing the broken gate valve and replaced the old box with a new larger one and replaced the gate valve with a new ball valve. He had with him his assistant Alex whom he closely instructed and supervised at any steps.
After he completed the job he performed at no additional charge a leak assessment and it was determined that the cause of the increase in my water bill was caused by a defective water stop in one of my toilets. He replaced the water stop and repeated the leak test. It was reconfirmed that that was indeed the cause. We will keep monitoring the water meter for a few more days just to make sure. However as far as today's visit I am quite satisfied. Not only he was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional, but also he has a friendly personality that makes it easy to work with. His price was also reasonable and in line with our quotes we received from Yelp. He will be from now on our plumber of choice.
