The guy did a quick fix on our plumbing problem. They showed up after hours which is an above and beyond for our books. The guy was well prepared for any situation that appeared. We got our water leak fixed within 15 minutes which was amazing. I hightly recommend them for anyone who is living in the Northwest area.

We had an issue with our water softener and asked our neighbors if they had a good contact. They gave us Dan's number and he responded right away with an estimate. He replaced our water softener within two days of the initial estimate and offered to pick up the old one. It was a great value, service and communication all through the process. We had a major water leak in our house that we discovered on the 4th of July at 6am. I texted Daniel that we need his help, thinking we likely would not hear back anytime soon since it was a  holiday. Within 20 minutes, I had missed calls from Daniel that he was on his way. He spent half the day with us trying to diagnose the problem, and has come out many times already to help us with this leak that caused major damage. Daniel is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and kind. We have used him several times for plumbing needs and he has been amazing every single time. Last week, I had an issue with my washing machine backing up and flooding my laundry room. I called DR Plumbing because they are in my area and they have outstanding reviews on all sites. They immediately came out and checked things over, but after running water in the house, and checking out everything, nothing could be found. I was able to use the washer a couple times again with no issues, until yesterday - the washer backed up again, flooding my laundry room, but there was a bigger problem. My tubs filled up, my toilets made noises when flushed and obviously, there was a big clog in the lines somewhere. DR Plumbing - both Daniel Jr and Daniel Sr came right out. They checked over everything, and they ended up having to take a huge snake up to the roof and try to unclog the pipes that way. Fortunately, they were successful, the pipes were unclogged, and all is good. I would highly recommend this business and will be calling them for all of my future needs. Their response time was amazing, great to work with and they are true professionals! We have lots of choices in Tucson, but never really know who to call, so I am so happy I called DR Plumbing.
